The owner at reception is unpleasant.
On vacation we want to be welcomed with a smile and good humor.
29/08/2024: Prix exorbitant pour une qualité médiocre, la pâte n'est pas bonne, la radinerie sur les ingrédients, le goût ainsi que l'aspect général de la pizza.
Je demande une pizza taille Medium on me sert une taille différente (la petite) qui ne rassasierai même pas à un enfant de 5 ans.
Pour ce prix, je vous conseillerai d'acheter 3 pizza buitoni Four a pierre 4 fromages, vous serez plus proche de l'orgasme gustatifs qu'en allant dans ce restaurant.
De plus le pizzaïolo qui a doit sortir d'un CAP mécanique vu la qualité des pizzas, se plains de faire des hawaïennes qui sont de très bonnes pizzas.
Négligence, nonchalance et incurie de la part de ces messieurs.

Only one employee made the pizzas, the others went back and forth without really doing anything, didn't even ask themselves why we had been waiting for 30 minutes, taking smoke breaks or on the phone outside, while several customers were waiting. Courage to those who have to work with them.
16/12/2024: After 10 minutes of waiting on the phone, still no response... very complicated to resolve a problem with an order placed on the application...

Pizza after 45:00! How do they do it with more than 15 clients? Pizza good but no surprises, no carafe of water, you had to ask for it, service to be reviewed...4 waitresses, too long
20/09/2024: We booked at 10 p.m., and we were well received, we started with a plate of charcuterie at a modest price compared to the quantity we had on the plate, more than enough for a starter for 3 people.
The pizzas arrive next, very good despite a very thin crust in my opinion. Unfortunately and probably due to our late arrival at the restaurant, we were not offered dessert, it might have been easier to accept if we were informed of this instead of us remaining waiting for around twenty minutes. It's a shame that the service was so good so far.

The choice of pizzas is varied and the ingredients are quality. Great welcome and good atmosphere. The delivery service is top notch as well as the delivery people who are always pleasant and punctual.

Special mention for Yannick, the delivery man, who is not only punctual, but also extremely friendly and professional. He is always smiling, polite, and very well mannered, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Without forgetting that he is a handsome boy which doesn't spoil anything ;). In short, top-notch service, I highly recommend the Pessac pizza kiosk for a successful evening!

27/07/2024: What a discovery, as my son said, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The owner is Italian and speaks Spanish perfectly as well as French and English. They are super attentive and detailed. Very good professionals. The food is delicious, in fact we went back both nights we were in the area.
