10/07/2026: It's a shame the quality isn't consistent. Three weeks later, we didn't get the same pizza. The first one was delicious, but the same pizza three weeks later, not terrible, but almost. Burnt and therefore dry, sparsely topped, and missing the extras we requested. The price, however, wasn't reduced. It's always the same experience... only half the time it's okay. I don't know why. We'll blame it on the heatwave this time, but it's not satisfactory.

21/07/2026: When you arrive at 12:20 PM and they've already run out of even the most basic sandwiches—a ham, butter, and Emmental cheese—it's already unacceptable. But then, the only "decent" sandwich left is so empty when you open it that you can't help but laugh... for €4.50, it's outrageous! Your chain is getting worse and worse. The prices are exorbitant for such mediocre quality. Furthermore, the windows are swarming with flies, unlike other Angels restaurants; you haven't done anything to prevent it.

22/07/2026: The carbonara was terrible: bland and completely tasteless. When the waiter asked us how our meal was, we politely told him that the carbonara was disappointing because it lacked flavor. His response was, "Here, we make real carbonara." As if we'd never eaten in a restaurant before… 😹😹😹 Instead of taking this as constructive criticism, perhaps it would be more helpful to listen to your customers, who are paying €19 for a plate of bland pasta. That would undoubtedly improve the dish. 😅😅 And apparently, many customers are saying the same thing…

28/01/2026: A very warm welcome, the pizzas are delicious, and the owner is incredibly friendly and always smiling! The 24/7 pizza vending machine outside is super convenient for getting hot pizzas outside of opening hours. I highly recommend it!

25/01/2026: I just had a bad experience for the first time. On Monday evening, January 12th (8:30 PM), I went to pick up two pizzas from the automatic ordering service, and it turns out that the one I chose (the one on special offer) made me sick during the night. The next day I was very weak, so I called a doctor who, after various tests, rushed me to the hospital. They diagnosed severe food poisoning. It took me a full week to recover, with my liver severely affected, and I was hospitalized for 10 days. In conclusion, I will no longer order pizzas from the automatic ordering service because I no longer trust them. However, I will remain a loyal customer of this pizzeria for pizzas made right in front of me. I just hope they'll pay attention and remove the older pizzas or those nearing their expiration date (or even be more vigilant about the ingredients they use). However, if I were to get sick again from eating another pizza, I would file a complaint this time for endangering others through poisoning. I haven't done it yet because I'm feeling a bit better today, and I think we're allowed to make mistakes because nobody's perfect (and besides, I've never had a problem with their very good pizzas before because I'm a big fan).

19/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! They don't know how to take orders (this has happened to us three times now). We even have to call back to ask for our order number! We are very disappointed!

25/06/2026: We ate there but were disappointed. The pizza, which was supposed to have duck breast and gizzards, was missing gizzards. Since the owner has changed, they no longer serve both, just duck breast. But you pay the same price. Speaking of prices, I ordered a banana and Nutella pizza for dessert and to go. It was listed at €7.50, but actually €11.50. All the prices have changed, and nothing is displayed with the actual price. So, we were very disappointed with this place and won't be returning.

26/07/2026: We went to this restaurant as a family this evening to celebrate a birthday. After waiting over an hour for someone to take our order, and then another hour before being served, we waited almost two hours before we could even start eating. We had ordered beef tartare. Leaving aside the taste of the food, there's a lot to say. We found a hair in one of our plates. In another, we had ordered a piece of beef, but the meat served was actually veal. When we pointed this out to the waitress, we were assured it was indeed beef. After checking, it turned out to be veal. The kitchen staff then had the nerve to reply in a very inappropriate tone: "If I tell you it's beef, it's beef." A completely disrespectful response to customers who had remained polite throughout. Sometimes you need to be able to question yourself, Madam. We never attacked you; we simply pointed out that we were served the wrong dish. So we decided to return the dish and leave it at that. When we simply remarked that the service was very slow, we were told, "Yes, but it's 35 degrees Celsius in the kitchen." Yet the restaurant was practically empty. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I can assure you that 35 degrees Celsius in a kitchen is perfectly normal. I would even go so far as to say it's rather bearable. You might think I'm exaggerating, but unfortunately, everything I'm saying is true. A little advice for the kitchen staff: accept criticism, especially when it's given politely. Criticism isn't always an attack; it can also lead to improvement. Finally, to top it all off, we had brought our own birthday cake. Despite the appalling service, we were still charged €3 per slice of cake. Unfortunately, we left extremely disappointed. It was, by far, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in Bordeaux. I will never go back and I absolutely do not recommend it.

13/07/2026: Excellent find! The pizzas are generous, topped with high-quality ingredients. The crust is perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the service is quick, even when it's busy. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. I highly recommend this place in Mérignac. I'll definitely be back!
