18/08/2026: We tried to have lunch at this restaurant twice. The first time, there were five of us waiting behind a couple to get a table. There were two tables available on the terrace, both for four. A young woman spoke to the couple in front of us... but ignored us. She then had a table of four split up to seat the couple. Our turn came after the waitress disappeared, and there was no response to our greeting. When we told them our potential party (four plus a six-year-old child), she said it was impossible, that the remaining table of four couldn't accommodate a fifth person because it was in the aisle. We were surprised by this behavior, as the other table of four was secluded and suitable for five or even six people. This response was accompanied by an inappropriate shift in body language. The couple who were seated gave us an embarrassed and apologetic look, which they shouldn't have done. The next day we tried again, booking directly. Still no response to our greeting; this establishment doesn't seem to know basic manners. An elderly and very reserved gentleman heard our request: a reservation for five at noon. He entered the dining room, and I took the liberty of following him—it was a public place, after all—to save him extra steps. He greeted me with a curt, "She's not going to stress me out!" Very courteous when addressing a customer (also 67 years old). I made a note, however, and told him we had time... He barked at me that a table would be reserved. End of episode two. I finally called to cancel; I didn't want to be rushed or ignored for an entire meal. The woman I spoke to on the phone was concise but polite, thankfully. Despite everything, there won't be a third time... Perhaps you should consider a career change, miss/sir... you're doing your establishment a disservice. Our advice: RUN AWAY!!!!! Even though we didn't get to taste the food and can't rate it... Thanks to these misadventures, we discovered two gems, which we're sharing: Le Coeur de Luchon and Le Châlet des Gourmands, just a stone's throw away on the Allées d'Etigny. You'll be welcomed with a smile, advised on excellent dishes, and receive attentive and pleasant service. Two delightful moments, exactly what you expect from a restaurant lunch. And what we appreciate: a pleasant time enjoying beautiful dishes with people who love what they do.

18/08/2026: We wanted to eat there last night and foolishly went for a drink today, and the staff were incredibly unpleasant. I don't recommend it. Luckily, there are much nicer places in Luchon.

14/07/2026: A hidden gem near Toulouse. The ambiance was exceptional, and the food and service were perfect. A truly memorable experience.

22/09/2025: Hello A bit of a harsh comment, I admit. The bakery is nice, the food is good. But my experience this lunchtime was CATASTROPHIC. I came across a saleswoman who gave us a rude welcome. She rolled her eyes when I dared to ask a question. Very rushed, she made it clear she didn't have time "I have some cleaning to do." I dared ask her to relax. I'd be happy to hurry, but there are limits. And then, radio silence, not a word from her. She stopped responding, ignoring me. This is the first time I've been to this bakery, and it will be the last. I've never been greeted like this. Sorry to the owner, who offers nice products, but the welcome is just as important. Perhaps a good manners course to consider...?

09/05/2026: The team at Pizzatière Tournefeuille is superb! Very welcoming and friendly! The pizzas are generous and delicious. The best part is the 24/7 automatic pizza vending machine! I highly recommend it.

13/05/2026: We ordered pizzas last night, and they were absolutely excellent! They were generously sized, the crust was soft and fluffy, and they were cooked to perfection! A big thumbs up!

15/07/2026: I was in a hurry before my flight and stopped here for a quick bite. Unfortunately, the welcome was particularly unpleasant. At the time, I even wondered if my appearance (I'm Arab) had influenced how I was treated. However, after reading other Google reviews, I noticed that several customers reported the same kind of behavior. Upon entering, I said hello. The two men there responded, but not the woman. They were standing in the middle of the aisle, making it difficult to access the tables inside. I had to walk almost directly past her before saying hello again. A few moments later, after I had already entered, I heard someone behind me: "Sir!" "Yes?" "Where are you going?" "I'm here to eat." "Outside or inside?" "Inside." "Are you eating? Are you having a drink?" “— I’m eating.” — “Okay, have a seat inside.” Beyond the questions themselves, it was the way they were asked that bothered me most. Calling a customer over from behind with a curt tone, asking them where they were going when they were already inside the establishment, is not a welcoming way to greet someone. You then tried to be more pleasant, but the first impression had already been made. Madam, this feedback is constructive: your tone, your manner of greeting customers, and your attitude all need to be reviewed. A simple smile and a “Hello, would you like to eat here?” would have been enough to make this experience completely different. Your attitude didn’t even make me want to order anything decent. I know in advance that you will probably respond by denying the facts or claiming not to remember them. Yet, this scene took place barely two hours ago.

23/06/2026: A very bad experience. We came as a family and had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple pizza. The wait was abnormally long, and no explanation was given. With a child, this wait was particularly unpleasant. Such slow service is hardly acceptable. We left very disappointed and do not recommend this establishment.

14/04/2026: Pizza price scam! I bought 5 pizzas and got a free bottle of wine. The prices on the internet and in the leaflet were the same, but when I went to pay, they charged me 86 euros instead of 48.50. Even though their pizza was excellent, I don't recommend it because it's way too expensive and a scam with its misleading prices.

20/06/2026: Good pizzeria, the curly-haired waitress is very professional and very friendly (don't stress too much about the change, it'll come little by little aha) I will definitely come back!

05/06/2026: I placed an order on the website at 9:15 PM, and they gave me a slot at 9:42 PM for three pizzas in five minutes. Then they called me back to say they couldn't make the order. They gave me no explanation, which I find unacceptable. It's incompetent staff to make three pizzas when their competitor in the same city makes them in 15 minutes…

20/05/2026: The pizza was very good, but this is the second time we've ordered. I don't know if we're the only ones who've had this problem and are just unlucky, but the first time, we ordered several pizzas, including one vegetarian, and instead we received a Regina. We had to go back and get it because my partner doesn't eat meat! (What a waste of time!) The second time we ordered tonight, we got two children's menus with a tomato sauce base, and we received two with a cream base (my daughters don't like it). I haven't felt like going back yet (we live 10 minutes away). It's really not very professional!

31/03/2026: MASTERCLASS! Clearly the best pizzeria around. The team is truly amazing and super friendly; you immediately feel right at home! The three-cheese pizza with tons of tomato sauce is pure entertainment; they really don't skimp on the ingredients. I highly recommend it! More seriously, it's not a 5-star restaurant, but the combination of the tomato sauce and the incredibly warm welcome from the pizza chefs makes this little Tutti a thousand times better than a trendy fancy place. I recommend it 100%. BIG SHOUT-OUT TO STACEY, EMMA, AND SALOMÉ, THE QUEENS OF TOMATO SAUCE!!!!

17/02/2026: Emma made four pizzas for me and my colleagues, "Little Italy" and "Mielina." The pizzas were delicious and generous; I felt like I was traveling all over southern Italy with just one meal. Emma is friendly, kind, and always smiling. I highly recommend her.

08/07/2026: This is the third time I've ordered pizza and the dough is awful, it's just flour. I don't recommend it, or at least wait until the owner makes it for you.

14/07/2026: I ordered a pizza and I'm still waiting for it… Luckily I asked for cash on delivery. The worst part is that, given the wait, I called and the person told me, "My driver is leaving…" Did he have to go all the way through Paris to deliver it?

08/03/2026: Avoid these pizza thieves! They charge €13.50 for delivery, but you'll get it back at 3:20 PM. Thanks a lot! The person who delivered it was incredibly unpleasant. I'll never set foot in that place again.
