07/02/2026: I ordered four pizzas for delivery two nights in a row. The delivery was perfect, and the driver was very friendly. The pizzas arrived piping hot. They were really delicious and generously topped. Plus, they have a loyalty program with a free pizza for every ten orders. You have a new customer!

02/11/2025: I ordered a 40cm half-and-half pizza for delivery. They call it a duo. They charged me €3 more than the base price for a duo. I think that's a bit of a rip-off. No pizzeria ever charges me for half-and-half pizzas. And on top of that, I waited an hour for the pizza, which is completely unacceptable...

01/10/2025: My partner went to get me a Four Seasons pizza. The crust is okay. The problems: I hate Emmental pizza; it's tough, and the dominant flavor is the cardboard Emmental. 04/11/2025: Very friendly staff. The pizzas are very good and reasonably priced. Always on time with orders. Just one small question: I don't know if they plan to have a card reader for credit card payments in the future? Otherwise, nothing to complain about :)

13/10/2025: Hello, the girls are very friendly, but the pizzas are very average. I've been there 3 times and 3 times I couldn't stomach them, my wife didn't either. 😞😞 I think the ingredients aren't good quality, the frozen product isn't good. Too bad, I don't think I'll go back. 04/01/2026: Delicious food and truly impeccable service. The staff are so friendly and attentive; I wanted for nothing. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had such good pizza in the Toulouse area. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

24/11/2025: I came to eat with my dad. We had the daily special and a goat cheese and honey pizza (which was delicious; it had been a long time since I'd had such a good pizza). We really appreciated the service. It felt like home. Thank you so much, and see you soon!

16/11/2025: Very unpleasant exchange on the phone when ordering this evening. Refusal to add extra charges for children, very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

03/12/2025: We ordered online, but no pizzas were ready when we arrived. We ordered in person, but the service was appalling. The cook laughed it off, saying the internet wasn't working. So why did our credit card work? We have no idea. We asked for a Santa pizza, but they refused because there was no Wi-Fi. I'm still trying to figure out the connection... However, the young waitress was doing her best amidst the chaos. She offered us a bottle of Fanta. Thank you to her. Many customers left because of the wait, which was over half an hour. As for the pizzas, I find them much less topped than before. It's a real shame.

24/11/2024: I'm a neighbor, I've been getting pizza for several months. I will not come back again because after a mistake on my part, an error in the order, I ordered a goat cheese pizza without seeing that there was ham in it, I immediately brought the pizza back. While the delivery guy felt sorry for me, the pizzaillo loaded me with a new pizza. For him it was transparent, just make me a new pizza But no, he charged me for a new pizza. I will not return to this establishment again. In addition, this gentleman is incapable of managing the Tutti pizza software. Several unhappy customers. I

22/09/2025: Hello A bit of a harsh comment, I admit. The bakery is nice, the food is good. But my experience this lunchtime was CATASTROPHIC. I came across a saleswoman who gave us a rude welcome. She rolled her eyes when I dared to ask a question. Very rushed, she made it clear she didn't have time "I have some cleaning to do." I dared ask her to relax. I'd be happy to hurry, but there are limits. And then, radio silence, not a word from her. She stopped responding, ignoring me. This is the first time I've been to this bakery, and it will be the last. I've never been greeted like this. Sorry to the owner, who offers nice products, but the welcome is just as important. Perhaps a good manners course to consider...?

18/06/2025: Very disappointed. My online order was not processed even though I received the confirmation email. The person I contacted to check (after 1 hour) the status of the order was very unpleasant.

06/07/2025: Too bad that Pizza Arlequin has to close. I hope that someone as good as the former owner can take over the pizzeria.

10/12/2025: A warm welcome, pleasant music, and delicious pizzas. The crust is thin and melts in your mouth, the toppings are generous and flavorful. All pizzas are between nine and eleven euros, extremely reasonable for the quality. In short, it's fantastic. I highly recommend it!
