03/09/2024: Well arranged parking for camper vans and well located next to the lake, and a restaurant, very quiet, 6€50 for the night.

01/09/2024: We discovered this campsite in 2010 and were immediately won over by the beauty of the place, the functionality of the facilities, the impeccable cleanliness and the kindness and friendliness of Hervé and Arnaud. We have seen it grow over time in size and services offered: today it is certainly one of the most modern, functional and hospitable campsites of our long career as travellers/tourists. Les Rives du Lac is the ideal place for a stopover or for a multi-week stay.
The pitches are large and shaded, there are three very well equipped children's play areas, a library, three swimming pools, two of which are covered, an excellent restaurant bar, free bike rental, toilets cleaned three times a day, always hot showers. There are accommodations in bungalows and mobile homes for all needs. We recommend looking at the website which is very well done and describes all the facilities available well. And then there is the staff, always super friendly, prepared and available to help and give advice, making the stay truly pleasant. We now feel at home, every time. And so we have returned often and willingly over the years: in the meantime we have had two children who are always enthusiastic about leaving for Veynes. We highly recommend it to everyone.

06/12/2025: Located at the back of a rather dreary square, this restaurant is a delightful surprise. The small menu promises homemade fare. We weren't disappointed by the quality and presentation of the dishes. A minor drawback was the frozen bread... Excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back!
31/10/2025: The meal was mediocre, and for dessert, a pear Belle Hélène made of hard pear pieces – very disappointing.

02/11/2024: Great meal on the terrace with magnificent sunshine. We were too hot in the middle of November. The dish was excellent and plentiful, a slight drawback for the desserts. The chocolate pear tart was just a shortbread tart with pastry cream, chocolate chips and 3 pieces of raw pear placed on top…..
The dessert was very good.
Good address.
18/09/2024: Nice restaurant with a good warm atmosphere. We had a very pleasant evening. The dishes were pretty and good, everyone was happy with their dish. Small comment however for the Royal chocolate which we found far too salty.

08/09/2024: Il locale si presenta carino ma non entrate, il personale è estremamente scortese, eravamo un gruppo di 3 famiglie con figli e siamo stati cacciati via malamente senza darci la possibilità di bere nemmeno un caffè e di poter usufruire della toilette. Vergognatevi, non meritate di poter continuare il vostro lavoro con questi vostri modi scortesi e maleducati!

24/08/2024: 4 pizzas to take away, the pizza dough was not very good, a bitter taste and we did not find the pizzas good. We will not repeat the experience

We have already ordered his pizzas several times which, for me, were the best in town. Was my surprise last night, with a very very long service, and frankly not very good pizzas. I was sick all night.

29/08/2024: Look no further, very nice little restaurant in a quiet little garden, simple and tasty cuisine, very pleasant service with a smile and attentiveness. While passing through, I searched in the village without success even though this establishment was next to my fast charging station.

12/09/2025: We stopped here after a long days trekking and we were a bit too early for most restaurants to be open. The owner/chef was very friendly and the pizza was fantastic. The pizza base is very light and crispy with the toppings generous and delicious.

16/07/2024: Galettes et crêpe pas terribles (notre fils a même trouvé "quelque chose de dur" dans la sienne qui était sensée être simplement au jambon et au fromage...), cidre servi tiède... Nous avons eu l'impression de gêner en demandant s'il était possible de vérifier s'il n'y avait pas de blanc d'oeuf dans les sorbets (car allergie), et le gérant nous a répondu qu'il ne pouvait pas vérifier parce qu'il jetait systématiquement les couvercles des bacs de glace... Aucune alternative possible. Nous avons donc dit que nous ne prendrions pas de dessert. Eh bien nous avons tout de même payé pour tous les 4 des formules complètes, avec desserts comptés ! Inadmissible... On ne conseillera pas et on n'y remettra pas les pieds... !

We have twice been received and served by the pizza chef, unfortunately he is not friendly. The 2nd time he didn't even respond to hello.
Apparently he's nicer with the regulars
But you also have to be friendly with tourists.
