Beautiful establishment overlooking Lake Embrun. The restaurant's outdoor terrace is shaded and peaceful. A very pleasant dinner on a summer evening. Good food. Friendly staff and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

On the rooftop side (not the indoor restaurant), the prices are generally reasonable, and I found the tapas very good! The atmosphere and friendly welcome were great; I recommend it!

This was my second visit to the Rooftop, which I remembered fondly. No complaints whatsoever; the atmosphere is always fantastic, even when it's not crowded, the staff is incredibly attentive, and every dish is a true delight, made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The mackerel fillet is excellent, and the chocolate royal is to die for 😋 Highly recommended!

La Truite Qui Parle - FERMÉ

02/08/2026: Highly recommended for the food and service; the trout is truly a highlight here. The welcome and courtesy are top marks. We eat here every time we want to eat in Embrun. Restaurant-style cuisine disguised as a bistro. Parking is available and it's easy to get to from the city center. Reservations are recommended.
31/07/2026: We came for dinner on a Tuesday evening, and everything was excellent, just like it was 6 years ago when we were there last time. Pleasant service and a warm atmosphere; I highly recommend it! We'll be back with our second child, who's on the way 😉

31/01/2026: A warm and welcoming atmosphere. A discovery of surprising and little-known wines. The tapas and charcuterie boards were of very high quality, and the waiter was truly delightful. A big plus: dogs are welcome.
