12/02/2026: Very good pizza, very pleasant service

07/02/2026: This is the fifth time we've ordered pizzas and salads to go. The waitress is smiling, welcoming, and kind. The pizza has a thin crust and is generously topped. We also ordered the Giennoise and Tartiflette.

08/02/2026: Passing through the region for a weekend, I made a last-minute call for dinner. The welcome was very warm and the food was of very high quality.

28/12/2025: Passing through the region to visit the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, we were looking for a restaurant and chose "La Terrasse." We weren't disappointed with our choice. The upstairs dining room is relaxing and cozy, and the seating is comfortable. The pizzas were delicious, and the thin, crispy crust was excellent, not thick at all, as were the cocktails. 😋 The waiter was welcoming and friendly. I agree with some other online reviewers about the €3 salad bowl being an extra charge. P.S. As someone who loves to add chili to my pizza, I was disappointed by the unflavored oil.

21/03/2026: A forgotten latte, and a lesson in disdain thrown in for good measure. We come regularly from the south of France, and Patapain is a place we genuinely appreciate in Orléans. We always enjoy stopping by—until this morning. The coffee machine was broken at 8:15 a.m. Fine, these things happen. Once it was fixed, my latte was ready, but no one brought it to me. I got up to fetch it myself and calmly mentioned that it was a shame—my family had finished breakfast a while ago. A young employee's response: "Well, if we could have done it differently, we would have, right?" I replied that it was still annoying. He said: "Yeah, too bad." Back at my table, I expressed my confusion to my family. He then added, from across the room: "Oh, come on, move on." That's when the problem ceased to be an oversight and became a serious mistake. I asked to speak to the manager. She responded promptly, apologized, and offered to give us some cream puffs. I politely declined. I didn't want a goodwill gesture. I wanted an apology from that employee. It never came. So yes, as he so aptly put it: what a shame. What a shame that a single employee, incapable of the slightest courtesy, is enough to tarnish the reputation of a business that deserves better than this.

30/01/2026: Friendly and welcoming staff from start to finish, quick and efficient service, and delicious food. There were three of us, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas and desserts. A perfect experience at this restaurant! :)

29/11/2025: Excellent pizza; it's always a pleasure to enjoy one (again). A wide selection of pizzas, perfect for satisfying all tastes. Personally, I like to try a different recipe each time, and I've never been disappointed. Always a very warm welcome; the staff is attentive to customers' needs.

22/12/2025: Excellent pizza kiosk in Saint-Pryvé! The manager, Sophie, is really kind and very welcoming, always with a smile. The pizzas are excellent, generously topped, and delicious. I highly recommend it!
