01/03/2026: A lovely spot in Ploërmel. A daily special at a great price without compromising on the quality of the ingredients or the taste. The portions are generous, as is the staff's smile.
19/02/2026: Disappointed for the first time.
The weekly menu was low-quality, with fish swimming in an oily mixture, a seafood casserole consisting mostly of rice... The Coke was served in 20cl glasses when it came from 33cl cans! That's completely unacceptable.
We won't be going back!

05/07/2025: We're regular customers at Borsalino, but it's becoming more and more of a factory. We were supposed to arrive at 7:15 p.m. because there are two sittings, but that evening, there was no one there. We hadn't even started the aperitif yet, and the pizzas arrived. We were finished in 45 minutes. We come to the restaurant to relax...

10/03/2026: I pushed open the door and what a discovery! A cozy atmosphere that finally puts you in a good mood. The owner, Sandy, gives a warm welcome; she's a real character, giving the place a Commedia dell'Arte feel. A nice menu with choices of pasta, meat, and pizzas, and to finish, an excellent chocolate mousse just like Grandma used to make. So do as I did, push open the door; you'll have a wonderful time and you'll be back.

01/02/2026: What a fantastic restaurant! The waitress was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. She handled everything for a group of 35 people perfectly – hats off to her! And to top it all off, the owner came to check if everything was alright and even offered us a friendly drink at the end of the meal. Honestly, I'll definitely be back, that's for sure. You can go there without hesitation. Thank you, owner! Can't wait to return.

15/02/2026: Accepted at the last minute on this Valentine's Day evening, during a show at Les Arcs, when customers were flocking in (and couldn't be accommodated) and phone calls were also pouring in, we were received charmingly and were able to enjoy a delicious meal in peace. Thank you and hats off to the whole team ❤️

The desserts are no exception. 👍🏻
The atmosphere is very quiet, probably thanks to the soundproofing panels in the ceiling.
