05/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Their white sangria is amazing, and their cocktail of the day was well-made. We ordered a pizza, which was very good (the one with chorizo), and the octopus was excellent, especially the garnish. The Caesar salad was decent. The kidneys were tasty but a bit heavy, as there was too much of them considering the small amount of garnish. The desserts were very good. The service was excellent. I recommend this establishment.

26/03/2026: Finally, pizzas with mozzarella! I'm so tired of all these pizzerias that use Emmental! Fredo, my hero! Seriously, the pizzas are generous, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients for the daily specials. At Fredo's, you'll be greeted with a big smile and maybe a joke ;) and you'll be eating the best pizzas in the region!

17/05/2026: Thank you to the new owner. The pizzas are excellent, very generous, and the menu is varied with some surprising options. All cooked in a wood-fired oven... It's not easy to establish yourself in this area, so best of luck to the waitress/pizza chef duo. They are both very pleasant, friendly, and attentive.

17/05/2026: After the Euskal Trail, I needed to EAT, and this place perfectly satisfied that need. We had a wait of about 30 minutes, which is very reasonable for a group of 9 people who hadn't made a reservation. I recommend the XXL burger and the chocolate fondant, which are delicious! 🍔🍫 As for the staff, we were greeted by a VERY FRIENDLY waiter, while our server and the cashier were EXTREMELY rude. Furthermore, the place is very well located, with a very cute atmosphere. 🌄 In conclusion, I recommend it! ✅

29/04/2026: We were still quite a bit away when their little dog ran out to give us a warm welcome. The place is super cozy and cute, with such a great vibe, and the owner is incredibly friendly, they really made us feel at home. It was honestly a standout experience. ​Everything we ordered was spot on. The rice was perfectly fluffy with just the right bite; even as an Asian, I have to say it was impeccable. The sauces were rich and packed with flavor, you can really taste the depth in every bite. And the brownie? Easily the best I’ve ever had. ​I can’t recommend this place enough!

Passing through Biarritz, we decided to try the Bayou cuisine... and what a success! :) The dishes were all delicious, the staff very friendly, and the Cajun sauce was simply incredible. Well done to the whole team! I hope to come back someday to try the shrimp Po'boy.

18/03/2026: Takeaway pizza, "mama mia!" It's so good! This is my second time here and it's a real treat. Absolutely delicious. The most expensive pizza is €11.90. The service is very friendly and welcoming. The menu has a wide selection. There's something for everyone and every budget. The five stars are well deserved. For those who can't make it to the town center, there's a vending machine in the stadium parking lot on the Saint-Pé road. The difference is that the dough is pre-cooked. I highly recommend it.

23/05/2026: An absolutely perfect experience for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary! From start to finish, everything was excellent: from the appetizers to the dessert, each dish was delicious, refined, and greatly appreciated by all the guests. The servers were lovely, professional, smiling, and always available. As for the owner, he was extremely attentive and caring throughout the planning and the evening itself. Honestly, there's nothing to criticize: everything came together to make this event an unforgettable moment. A huge thank you to the entire team, whom we wholeheartedly recommend!

30/04/2026: Une bonne adresse pour manger des plats maison, à un prix raisonnable. Le service est attentif et souriant. C'est le point de chute de nombreux professionnels du coin (artisans...) ce qui est bon signe. Stationnement facile et gratuit.
