26/03/2026: Finally, pizzas with mozzarella! I'm so tired of all these pizzerias that use Emmental! Fredo, my hero! Seriously, the pizzas are generous, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients for the daily specials. At Fredo's, you'll be greeted with a big smile and maybe a joke ;) and you'll be eating the best pizzas in the region!

03/01/2026: I highly recommend this pizzeria in the Bayonne-Anglet-Biarritz area, which I've been going to for eight years now. The ingredients are good quality, the thin crust is crispy, and there's a good variety of choices :) Friendly staff

18/12/2025: The pizzas are truly excellent, especially since they're made with organic flour. The desserts are also very tempting. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. And the owner, Charles himself, is really cool. It's always a pleasure to chat with him. Outside of peak hours, the service is incredibly fast. The loyalty card is a great bonus. A simple, high-quality place that you'll happily return to.

02/04/2026: Discovered by chance, The Bayou was a very pleasant surprise. The dishes were original and very tasty, even though we ordered takeout. We were only passing through, but we wish this little restaurant much success.

01/04/2026: Trash. By far the worst place in Biarritz. The service was insane. Very rude. Especially her. I'd give it fewer stars if I could. Don't even think about going there when you have places like Boka right next door. Cheers.

18/03/2026: Takeaway pizza, "mama mia!" It's so good! This is my second time here and it's a real treat. Absolutely delicious. The most expensive pizza is €11.90. The service is very friendly and welcoming. The menu has a wide selection. There's something for everyone and every budget. The five stars are well deserved. For those who can't make it to the town center, there's a vending machine in the stadium parking lot on the Saint-Pé road. The difference is that the dough is pre-cooked. I highly recommend it.

15/04/2026: An incomplete order when I picked up the pizzas, and no compensation was offered. The pizzas were flat, perhaps gluten-free according to the reviews, but if so, I wasn't informed. Let me choose whether to order with or without gluten... they didn't have the puffy crusts shown in the photos at all... The pizzas were lukewarm, almost cold, as they weren't kept warm while waiting for the one that had been forgotten to be prepared... No flavor whatsoever. I love pizza, and these were truly awful... I'm very disappointed... I absolutely do not recommend this place. It was our first time here, and it will definitely be our last.
