13/09/2026: To begin with, the service and welcome were appalling. Arriving around 8 pm (so quite busy), a manager probably asked a waitress to open the second register, which she reluctantly did. Afterwards, she complained loudly, using "wesh" and "starfoulah" to one of her colleagues who responded in kind. Great, considering you're in a place like Disney where there are lots of children and the atmosphere is supposed to be magical.
Especially since I work in retail, such an attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable, even worse when you order a measly, half-warm/soggy croque monsieur that's greasier than a McDonald's.
In short, exorbitant prices (even though I'm well aware it's a Disney movie), mediocre food considering the price, and service that leaves much to be desired. My partner's mixed salad was an extra huge block of uncut lettuce, at €12, sorry but it's annoying considering how little there was inside.
11/09/2026: The food was disgusting. The fat dripping and moist Croque Monsieur was the thing that destroyed the rest od the day for me. Tasted terrible, cost 10,5€, the facility was dirty and lacked seats

28/03/2026: Why is the pizzeria still closed? It was supposed to reopen on March 16th, and it's March 28th now. Strange, is it closed permanently?
04/03/2026: Superb pizza, a welcome change from all the new pizzerias which are increasingly bland. The pizza maker had only been in the business for three months and it was fantastic, one of the best in Meaux, maybe even the best, as I haven't tried them all.

10/09/2026: Lured by the positive reviews, I ordered a Bolognese pizza advertised on Google for €12.50. When I got to the till, they told me it would be €14.50.
But the worst part was the state of the pizza: instead of Bolognese, I ended up with a pizza topped with pieces of awful steak (yes, awful) with no seasoning whatsoever. Even if they'd tried to do it on purpose, it would be hard to make it worse. Avoid at all costs.
12/08/2026: The food is perfect, absolutely delicious!
The pasta carbonara was divine! Just like the pizzas.

29/08/2025: Second order in a row paid remotely for delivery within the town… Upon arrival, the drinks are missing again! Of course, the staff can't do anything 🙃… no credit, no refund!

17/08/2026: I've been a regular Welcom customer for years.
I placed an order on Saturday, August 15, 2026, for a double pizza: half Four Seasons and half Pacific, my usual order.
And right away, the pizza was practically cold and smaller than usual. The Four Seasons half was a plain Regina, and I couldn't find the salmon in the Pacific half.
Furthermore, the person taking the order told me I had to pay in cash upon delivery. I told him no, I always pay by check, but the owner wasn't there, so cash was fine, but no, I didn't pay by check.
I don't know if this mess is due to the owner being absent, but either the owner comes back soon, or goodbye Welcom Pizza.
A real disgrace.
04/08/2026: Tasteless pizza (no salt, pepper, spices, etc.)
Furthermore, the pizza is very expensive. Beware! Instead of paying €18, it ends up costing you €24, even though the flyer clearly states €18. The owner is sticking to his €24 pricing.
It's getting worse and worse, both in terms of quality and pricing. I won't be going back; they have no respect for anything. A shame. Customers, look elsewhere; it'll be better.

15/07/2024: Au Hasard de nos visites. Très bon accueil; les pizzas étaient délicieuses(pate fine , garniture copieuse). J'ai beaucoup apprécié le café gourmand.
09/06/2024: Tres bonne pizzeria, bons plats, service agréable. Rien à redire sur la qualité.
Juste 2 bémols :
- les desserts : quantités trop petites, sans déco type fruits, chocolat.. (ex : les crèmes brûlées). Ils sont bons mais le rapport quantité/prix n'y est pas.
- les tables : certaines sont serrées (trop proche de voisins !)
