28/07/2024: I ordered an oriental pizza with extra beef merguez but when I got home I saw that I had a tuna pizza. The next time I told the manager at Pizza Hut he didn't believe me. I have not received any commercial gesture from him, I really advise against it.
18/06/2024: Change your employees. They are unpleasant and not commercial. It ruins everything. Pizza not good and expensive.

18/08/2024: I call to order pizzas which I come to pick up. I saw that there were people there, once the order was ready I realized that a pizza had not been made. Well, I've been waiting for 30 minutes already. Thinking it was a commercial gesture on his part, he gave me a pitiful reduction of €1 knowing that I ate the other items lukewarm, bordering on cold. But not wanting to waste and throw away food I ate them anyway.
For an order of more than €30 I find it limiting. I will no longer order from you

16/08/2024: Lots of pizza choices. I regularly have pizzas, especially the Norwegian one. The pate is particularly excellent and the salmon is quite good and fresh with a good quantity. Cooking over a wood fire is excellent

09/11/2024: Very nice restaurant, I just have some additions to make, the staff are very friendly and the lasagna is well made accompanied by magnificent homemade bread

24/08/2024: Super disappointed with the service! We ordered medium sizes (pizzas for 2 to 3 people on the site) but received very small pizzas. Furthermore, having read their offer of 2 average pizzas purchased = 2 free pizzas, I asked them if this was indeed the case TWICE, the employee confirmed it to me by even repeating the mention of 2 pizzas purchased = 2 free pizzas… AND IN THE FINAL when the delivery man arrives, I realize the excessive price so I ask the delivery man if the offer “two pizzas purchased = 2 free” has been taken into account, the delivery man confirms it to me.. but after calculation I decide to call the pizzeria which finally goes back on its words and tells me that it is an offer of 3 pizzas bought = 1 free….. PRICE TOO EXCESSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
17/08/2024: Hello everyone, I bought a medium pizza yesterday and I was very disappointed with the service. On the one hand, the pizzas I ordered were not medium but small, as if I were the only one eating them. They clearly saw that there were three of us and I paid €16 for a small pizza while the small one cost €10. I strongly recommend this place for a good weekend.

❌ Food stored in inadequate conditions
❌ Traceability of foodstuffs not ensured
🔴Due to these shortcomings and due to the risk of contamination or development of micro-organisms and food poisoning, the establishment was closed.
04/07/2024: I like their pizzas and they offer Algerian specialties that are rarely offered in other restaurants. I recommend his hard Kabyle bread, which is so good. The only point to improve is the restaurant is narrow.

Ensuite les pizzas arrivent avec un ÉNORME TROTTOIR BRÛLÉ voir les photos prises sur l’instant
Du coup pas de dessert pour nous et pour l’addition encore des remarques peu flatteuses sur ce boui-boui
30/09/2024: Pourquoi je ne reviendrai plus jamais chez Bella Pizza.
Voici un établissement dans lequel nous venions régulièrement depuis des années (peut être 15 ans).
Je ne peux que louer la qualité de leur cuisine, d’excellentes pizzas et un rapport qualité prix imbattable.
Pourtant, nous ne reviendrons plus dans votre établissement.
Ce samedi 28 septembre j’ai voulu réserver une table pour 4 personnes pour 12h15. Le responsable d’établissement m’a fait comprendre qu’il ne prenait pas de réservation et que c’était premier arrivé, premier servi. Un peu sec comme entrée en matière mais bon…
Et de rajouter « si vous souhaitez venir pour 12h15 il faudra libérer la table pour 13h » !!! Car le but était de faire plusieurs services.
Devant mon incrédulité et ma rétissance a cru bon de rajouter « de toute façon je n’ai pas à justifier mes choix et la politique de l’établissement. » .
Du coup j’ai tourné les talons et je suis parti dans un autre établissement, qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et dans lequel nous avons pu discuter et échanger. Apéro, plat, dessert café.
La serveuse s’est même permise de discuter avec nous ! Quelle folie !!
Même ville, même week-end, mais manifestement deux visions différentes du métier.
Il est loin le temps où vous nous remerciez de faire 40 km pour venir chercher nos pizzas alors que nous étions confinés.
Autre temps autres mœurs…
Aussi si vous avez été on ne peut plus clair sur votre politique commerciale, je ne me fais pas de soucis pour vous et je vous souhaite une bonne continuation dans votre fast food et une belle succession de services.
Si vous n’avez pas à justifier vos choix, nous irons quand à nous dépenser notre argent dans des établissements qui considèrent et respectent leurs clients et ne raisonnent pas « retour sur investissement ».
