05/02/2024: Cold pizza 🤮 I had taken a bottle of coke for delivery, it was not given to me, the delivery man told me "I forgot" the bottle was delivered to me an hour after the restaurant closed. The bottle was disgusting and I would say that it had been opened and on top of that there was a smell.

19/01/2024: 1h20 delivery time even though we live 1km away. Response from the person at the counter. "I don't have a delivery man" lol. In the meantime my order is on the counter... Cold pizza Lamentable!!!!

15/03/2024: I find it unacceptable to sell burnt-out chickenwings, knowing that on the card there was a very specific price and once there, I paid €1 more, so the card would have to be updated. That said, summer wings still edible.

16/02/2024: Pizza too salty, flavorless and not cooked. Very disappointed given the many positive reviews

02/03/2024: Last Friday noon, unpleasant welcome. We go to this establishment for lunch quite regularly, for geographical convenience. The value for money is acceptable. The restaurant, as always, is rather empty, except in summer. We don’t understand the aggressive “have you booked?” We timidly answer “no, is that a problem?” Yes! The waiter answers us. “Okay, would you prefer Shall we leave?” Yes you can, you do what you want! He concludes! Wow hello relaxation from work lunch. We went to Accetone, where we were warmly welcomed!

01/03/2024: Pleasant place, very nice light. Caring, pleasant, professional staff. Elegant and careful boss towards his customers. Quality cuisine, tiramisu can be improved With all my encouragement I recommend this restaurant!

09/03/2024: I ordered a pizza today for home delivery which never arrived. I had to call the restaurant for them to inform me that the order was canceled because I did not answer their call to confirm the order; but I never received a call. In addition, I received an order confirmation email accompanied by a preparation tracking link which tells me that it is ready? First and last time.

07/02/2024: Manager rude, disrespectful, speaks badly to customers.

01/02/2024: I share the opinion of many people regarding parcel collection reception. My package is opened and I make the note. It was bad for me. The answer: “You take it or you leave it! I don’t want to blame anyone.” Unfriendly gentleman, this is an observation and not a personal accusation. I have already had to deal with this gentleman. Always so friendly! Next time I will choose another relay point. We feel like we're bothering him. I don't understand why he receives the packages if he doesn't like it that much.
