27/10/2025: An excellent address for lovers of Italian cuisine! 🍝 The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The service is attentive and warm; you truly feel welcomed, just like you'd be in Italy. Special mention goes to the homemade pasta and the tiramisu, absolutely delicious! The setting is pleasant, perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant; a true little corner of Italy in the heart of the city 🇮🇹

07/02/2026: I called before ordering to get some information, and the person I spoke to was incredibly respectful, attentive, and polite. The order arrived quickly, and everything was exactly as requested: I had specifically asked for pizzas that weren't overcooked, and they were exactly as I wanted. On top of that, the pizzas were simply amazing! A huge thank you to the whole team for this fantastic service. I highly recommend them! 🍕👏

06/02/2026: I ordered two pizzas and a giant cookie for €8. They ran out of giant cookies and offered me three cookies instead. Since I'm not a regular at Pizza Hut, I accepted, thinking it was a compromise. But no, one cookie costs €2 x 3 = €6. €2 isn't much, but this gesture was really poor. Besides, the pizzas weren't great. I definitely don't recommend this Pizza Hut.

27/12/2025: This is a complete rip-off, they're real thieves. I've ordered from them twice now. The first time I thought maybe they made a mistake, but the second time, come on! The pizza was badly made with extra olives that were green??? I also paid for extra minced meat that wasn't on the pizza itself, and the price, which should have been over €40, ended up being over €50 for a few extra olives. It's unacceptable. I'm never going back there. I'll go to Pizza Times, which isn't far from them. Especially since that disrespectful kid at the till with the long hair looks like he was forced to work, that big thief. He has no sense of customer service, no respect, not even a smile when you arrive. Does he think we don't work? I worked to come here, treat myself, and buy pizzas. He's exhausted. They need to change their staff, or I don't know, but people are staying away more and more.

20/12/2025: I was extremely disappointed with the pizzas I ordered (two large ones). The box felt like carrying a pack of tissues. I ate more dough than toppings. I really don't think that's right of them; they're incredibly stingy. They completely ruined my appetite. I'll never go back; there are much better places.

17/01/2026: Poor quality pizzas. The delivery driver arrived without a card reader and asked us to pay at the counter (making a delivery request only to pick it up later...).

22/08/2025: Avoid Épicerie des Lys for parcel collection! A bitter and very unpleasant gentleman. After more than 5 years of using the relay point delivery service, this is the first time I've been refused information over the phone about the arrival of my parcel. I had to go there for nothing today. Last time I'll entrust a parcel to this store!
