Very generous portions, we ate very well. We came by chance at lunchtime while stopping for a coffee ☕️. The waitresses were very friendly, the service was quick, and the food was very good. Everything was perfect 😉.

22/08/2025: I admit, it doesn't necessarily deserve 5 stars, but I gave it one for one detail: the atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was at my grandparents' house.
As for the food: from the quiche Lorraine to the floating island, including the beef bourguignon, cheese, aperitif, wine, and a little coffee finish... all for two, for less than €60. Let's just say I left feeling light-hearted, with a full stomach, and a smile on my face.
I wouldn't recommend it if you're the "fart-fart, I'm nitpicking because my fork has a trace of limescale" type... but if you're a bon vivant, with the "we're here to have a good time" attitude, then go for it!

29/08/2025: It's a shame that the temperature of the showers and the pool water depends on the number of people. We came on a day when there weren't many people and the shower water was downright cold and the pool water was not as hot as usual. My daughter was shivering, her lips were blue, we had no choice but to leave and we couldn't even warm up and relax a bit in the shower... All that for a full price... Really disappointing

12/12/2025: Never order a burger or steak frites. The burger bun is a Jacquet brand that's probably been sitting around for a week, the ground beef is overcooked (it's clearly mass-produced), and there's no Fourme d'Ambert cheese. The fries were way overcooked; luckily the beer tasted good. At €17, it's far too expensive.
11/11/2025: Centrally located with a panoramic view of the intersection, the dining room is bright and simply decorated; the daily menu is appealing and attractively priced (Pork Colombo: a curry, lightly spiced with chili, perfect for the season and very easy to digest; for dessert, I recommend the homemade apple "Tatin" tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream). The service is friendly, efficient, and attentive. A semi-enclosed terrace is sure to please. Reservations are recommended for lunch.

04/06/2024: An incredible experience. Lost in the countryside, a chef and his team perform an extraordinary magic trick for an hour. Fresh products, daring recipes, and sophisticated trompe-l'oeil. Everything is excellent. Two appetizers, starter, main course, dessert, an extraordinary cannelé with coffee, and a small chocolate cake as a gift for the road. We didn't touch the alcohol, due to the road, but the cart invites you to taste it. Thank you for this moment of pure pleasure.

14/09/2024: Icy welcome and aggressive manager: a culinary experience to avoid"
Deplorable experience in this restaurant. The staff is not very accommodating, and the attitude of the manager is unacceptable: The welcome was frosty from the start, and she ignored all our requests, without even giving us a glance. She locked us outside during a cigarette break where we were in front of the restaurant door claiming to want to preserve its heating (in the middle of September). When we ask for the bill, no response from her as she looks at us, we decide to go and pay, stating our dissatisfaction with her behavior and she literally starts yelling at us.
As for the food, it was sorely lacking in finesse

We enjoyed ourselves accompanied by a delicious perry cider 👍

20/06/2024: This hotel is generally closed on Sunday evenings, but after accepting a group of cyclists, the owner courteously offered me a room for the evening.
Breakfast was good value for money.
Too bad I couldn't stay to sample the restaurant's dishes.
