13/02/2026: We come from time to time, and our taste buds are always pleasantly surprised and delighted. The service and the friendliness of the staff are second to none. It rivals any restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand. A must-try.
22/01/2026: A truly excellent restaurant, offering refined cuisine made with very local produce and a daily menu with original flavors. For €20, you get a choice of two starters, a main course of slow-cooked meat (often lamb, which is rare in restaurants) with beautifully presented fresh vegetables and frequently a touch of fruit, all prepared in a tagine style. It's always a delight. And at least two desserts to choose from. Whenever I go alone, I can always get a table, even if it means a short wait. In the summer, there are tables in the shaded courtyard. A real pleasure!

28/03/2026: Terrible welcome, only take cash (shady dealings) and the food offered is not even of good quality (abject white sauce), in short if you are in Billom and want a restaurant, go to another town.
02/03/2026: A warm and welcoming place, the owner and staff are very friendly, and the food is excellent.

14/03/2026: Good restaurant, the food is excellent, the welcome is warm, the owners are very friendly and pleasant, a welcoming place to discover with family or friends for a good time.
06/03/2026: Very disappointed, I don't understand the 4.5 rating.
Bad experience, the price was reasonable but the quality of the food is deplorable, let me explain:
Starter: baked egg, poorly cooked
Main course: andouillettes, of the three plates, one had more sauce than andouillette, which supposedly burst during cooking, the fries were swimming in oil
Cheese: the only positive point
Dessert: tiramisu, a joke, full of water, and a large, rock-hard chocolate chunk, supposedly Nutella
The waitress was pleasant, but no, we won't be back given the disappointing taste.

06/03/2026: Visited today. The owner has a great sense of humor, and the young woman serving was very kind and attentive. The menu was much appreciated (special mention for the homemade red wine sauce), and we also wanted to acknowledge the chef. A very pleasant experience; we'll be back! (Price shown below includes aperitif, meal, wine, and coffee.)
29/10/2025: Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google... For us, Cyrano has always been a very good experience! The owner and waitress are always pleasant and welcoming, and we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and plentiful.
Regarding the prices, yes, it's perhaps a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's also normal: we're lucky to have a truly quality little restaurant right in the center of Billom, with fresh produce and friendly service—and that comes at a price.
In short: a warm place, where you eat well and are always well received. I recommend it without hesitation!

26/04/2024: Nous avons cherché un resto sympa sur notre route de retour de vacances et ça a été une très belle surprise !
Accueil et service irréprochables ! Menu du jour à 15 € avec entré plat fromage dessert et 16 avec le café. Des produits frais très bien cuisines.
