13/02/2026: We come from time to time, and our taste buds are always pleasantly surprised and delighted. The service and the friendliness of the staff are second to none. It rivals any restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand. A must-try.
22/01/2026: A truly excellent restaurant, offering refined cuisine made with very local produce and a daily menu with original flavors. For €20, you get a choice of two starters, a main course of slow-cooked meat (often lamb, which is rare in restaurants) with beautifully presented fresh vegetables and frequently a touch of fruit, all prepared in a tagine style. It's always a delight. And at least two desserts to choose from. Whenever I go alone, I can always get a table, even if it means a short wait. In the summer, there are tables in the shaded courtyard. A real pleasure!

07/05/2025: Warm, friendly and even family welcome, this small restaurant which doesn't look like much is at the top. The dishes are varied, delicious and very well stocked, even for the desserts, I didn't manage to finish mine! Beyond the meal which was a real pleasure, we very quickly feel at ease as this restaurant is so welcoming! The two waitresses are super caring, kind and super smiling. The boss who is also the cook is not left out since he is very nice too. I loved this little restaurant. And we're not going to lie, it's super affordable!!!!! To do again without moderation
25/04/2025: A friendly place, without fuss, where the staff is jovial and dynamic; the service is efficient and friendly, the background music is pleasant and reinforced according to the festive mood of the Chef who knows his way around flavors and uses of spices and aromatics (I recommend tasting the "homemade" terrine).

29/10/2025: Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google... For us, Cyrano has always been a very good experience! The owner and waitress are always pleasant and welcoming, and we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and plentiful.
Regarding the prices, yes, it's perhaps a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's also normal: we're lucky to have a truly quality little restaurant right in the center of Billom, with fresh produce and friendly service—and that comes at a price.
In short: a warm place, where you eat well and are always well received. I recommend it without hesitation!
18/10/2025: How to put it:
Auvergne cured ham, it was indeed purchased in Auvergne in a supermarket.
Piece of beef, meh, the fries 🍟 🍟 🍟 frozen. Knife marked with the action needle, impossible to cut the meat, which is a shame because THIERS isn't very far.
Very dry cheese (Saint Nectaire and blue),
Dessert, blueberry tart from the supermarket.
At 27.50 the menu, it's clearly a steal.
4 customers in all... all on a Saturday lunchtime. You need to think about rethinking yourself.
Really disappointed.

26/04/2024: Nous avons cherché un resto sympa sur notre route de retour de vacances et ça a été une très belle surprise !
Accueil et service irréprochables ! Menu du jour à 15 € avec entré plat fromage dessert et 16 avec le café. Des produits frais très bien cuisines.
