30/07/2026: Second review after 3 years of giving 1 star... (Pierre FOUCAUD), passing by with a friend today: Sub 30 with BMT as the recipe, I asked if (like Aubiere does) they split the 30 into 2 recipes, still no… (this choice is illogical). I took the daily sub menu, so €9.90 for the meal deal. The cashier asked me if I had the app, I said yes, so it was okay. I asked if there was no tray or basket, I was told no, so we took the items like beggars. We paid together with a restaurant voucher and cash, he took my payment without asking for my loyalty card again, I realized this as soon as the payment was processed, I asked what to do, the manager told me "it's too late"…. Very commercial…
We opened the window to air out the place and enjoy the fresh air, but the manager closed it, telling us we should think about using the air conditioning… (it's cooler outside than inside…) 🤣 Avoid this crazy shop, it's completely mismanaged…

03/06/2026: Clearly, Carthage St Pierre remains the best kebab in Clermont. The best part is that they reheat the sandwich in its bread in the oven – it's absolutely delicious!

30/07/2026: We ordered two Americanos with two pastries.
After waiting five minutes at the register, while only one other couple waited, the waitress placed the coffee on the tray, which spilled all over my partner's sandaled foot. She gave a quick "sorry," glanced at my foot, and said, "Well, it's fine, nothing's wrong." We waited another five minutes to get a half-filled coffee, the waiter looking perplexed by how to use the coffee machine. After finishing our drinks, we finally left without any compensation and with a large red mark of boiling coffee on my partner's foot. Not even a simple visit from the staff to ask if everything was alright and offer a more basic apology. Completely unprofessional!
25/07/2026: The carrot cake was completely dry, and the Ube latte was really not good. Thank you to the very kind person who took our order.

16/08/2026: I was passing through Durtol early Sunday morning, accompanied by my three dearest friends. My visit to the Crousti Pain bakery in Durtol was so magical that I forgave my friend for spoiling it for me earlier that evening. A croissant combining softness, sweetness, love, and crispness, which surely gives the establishment its name. Despite the 2D chocolate croissant, the delicious experience I had was all about generosity and family. So here's a catchy slogan idea: Crousti Pain, we don't give a damn...
Thank you for everything, thank you to the kind, blonde woman who served us; her hairnet reminded me of the one worn by my Black friend's mother who does a fantastic job at the Saint-Flour hospital. But that's beside the point. You are surely the best bakery I've ever visited and tasted, thank you for everything!
16/08/2026: Good evening, I highly recommend this bakery. The service was impeccable, with a very charming baker who warmly took care of our order. A pain au chocolat, served with such care and love, completely won me over. I hope you'll come and admire the magnificent bread, but I forbid you from flirting with my baker…

03/04/2026: It had been 10 years since I had been to this shop, we got some pastries which were amazing and unbeatable value for money, we really enjoyed them, highly recommended for snacks as well as special occasions.
22/01/2026: What a disappointment, what a fiasco! A Christmas log ordered at a price to match! The sponge cake was dry, even though we had previously tasted slices from the shop. Not a single gesture of compensation. Avoid this pastry shop; they have absolutely no consideration for their customers.

04/05/2026: I'm rarely so disappointed. Not all prices were displayed, the selection was very limited, the cookies were overcooked and sold at the regular price.
I wanted to eat in: no napkins, no cutlery, cardboard "tableware," construction work was being done in the shop in broad daylight while customers were eating there, and the tray was carelessly thrown about.
The saleswoman was barely friendly and not very welcoming, and she wasn't very customer-oriented (no menu or special offers were presented).
My dessert was tasteless and dry. My sandwich was small for the price.
The dining area, however, was pleasant and enjoyable.
The storefront is a sorry sight.
I was served quickly.

08/08/2026: Very disappointed, not by the meal... because there wasn't one. We've been several times before and everything has always gone well despite the crowds... And then this! We arrive, are seated, and wait patiently (I should point out that there weren't many people there). Other people arrive... and we're still waiting... And then the young man starts taking orders from the people who arrived after us... Not wanting to cause a scene, we left. This person clearly doesn't know how to run a restaurant.
24/07/2026: We were disappointed.
We were served three croissants.
I asked if they could exchange a defective croissant (see photo) for a normal one.
The manager, Ms. Monier, told me a croissant is a croissant.
The cleanliness was appalling. They weren't wearing gloves.
Avoid this place; it's filthy. They handle the money and serve you afterward.
She told me she couldn't take it back because she had touched it.
The croissant was as hard as concrete.
It ended up in the trash.

21/08/2026: Very disappointed, the quality has really gone down. The food wasn't good, the service was mediocre, and the staff were unwelcoming. It's nothing like it used to be. What a shame, but I won't be back. Avoid it.
19/08/2026: Aside from the friendly and pleasant counter employee, the kitchen staff always seem irritable and give customers dirty looks when they order. One of them even threw my change on the counter. While the tacos themselves are decent because the taste is consistent throughout, these are the kinds of details that make me not want to return to this O'tacos.

26/04/2026: We came in today for drinks with friends. The waiter arrived and dropped the tray of drinks onto my friend's sweater, and a glass landed on the floor. The waiter then placed the dirty glass from the floor back on our table so we could drink from it.
We told the waitress that the sweater was stained with Coke, but she responded arrogantly and didn't believe us. They then went to wash it in the dirty bar sink? Having worked in a bar myself, I find this quite inappropriate and unprofessional. To top it all off, after asking for another glass, which arrived still dirty, they said, "With apologies, €17.50, have a nice day." Even the young waitress seemed embarrassed by the rather unpleasant situation.

29/06/2026: A thousand thanks for the warm welcome and for handling our request so well, despite the late hour. They are a fantastic team – welcoming, efficient, and dedicated. We have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them and thank them again.

04/08/2026: It's really dry. I ordered a slice of pizza and I don't even want to imagine how long it's been sitting in the display case, judging by the texture of the crust.
Taste-wise, it's really not great.
On the other hand, the saleswoman was very pleasant, even though she braved the unbearable heat in the shop.
20/07/2026: Came in for a sandwich this morning, July 20, 2026. The saleswoman was very unpleasant. She didn't respond to greetings and was literally aggressive in her manner of speaking.
