08/02/2026: We ordered pho soup, but the noodles weren't cooked, and the soup was too greasy. We asked the woman to recook the noodles, but they went back in the microwave—inedible. If I had to, I'd give zero stars. We'll never go back.

13/01/2026: We had a very pleasant time at Kim Oanh restaurant. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the imperial beef was a generous portion. Excellent value for money.

12/02/2026: The service is really great, I'm telling my friends about it.

07/02/2026: The waffles are generously filled with Nutella, and the whipped cream is plentiful!

25/03/2026: Nice enough for a break. The cleanliness of the tables could be improved, especially by the generally pleasant staff, though not always.

17/03/2026: I don't know what to say, except that the staff's friendliness definitely needs improvement! The cakes are good, but not delicious. They're bakery cakes; you can tell there must be a lot of frozen ingredients.

09/03/2026: A group of eight, including children, arrived at 1 p.m. The aisle was rather empty. We each got a sandwich/panini, a dessert, and for those with bigger appetites, quiche and pastries as extras. We spent over €100 including drinks, and the only comment we got was: "Next time, call ahead. You practically emptied the aisle; if the managers come by, we'll get yelled at!" We told her she should be happy with the big sale, considering we made do with what was available...🤔 If we hadn't paid, I would have left!

15/02/2026: On Saturday, February 14, 2026, around 1:45 PM, I ate a chicken sandwich and a flan with a can of soda, but most importantly, the pizza I asked them to heat up was something they deliberately forgot. The quality of the dough was questionable; I barely finished the sandwich, so it was almost acceptable. However, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. It was clear there was a problem with the overall cleaning and scrubbing. For a place called "Crousti Pain" (Crousty Bread), they've really fallen from grace. I agree with some of the other comments, and frankly, I'll never set foot in a place like that again. And let's not forget the staff, who were unfriendly and dismissive...🤔🧐🫤🤦!!!!

09/04/2026: I've been there several times and always received good service, great food, and of course, a clean and pleasant place.

08/04/2026: The employee was bitter and didn't even want to work.

02/04/2026: I'm giving it two stars because I ate what I wanted and it was quite good. HOWEVER, how can they keep such a rude employee? I've never seen anything like it in my life! The young man with blue eyes, who looks barely of legal age, was awful to my friend and an older gentleman after me. Luckily, the gentleman raised his voice because the young man's behavior was appalling. This happened on April 2nd around 12:30/12:45! Thanks to the two other colleagues who tried to salvage the situation and be much more professional and courteous with the customers. No wonder the younger generation is looked down upon when you see behavior like this for absolutely NO valid reason.

21/03/2026: The staff were not friendly at all. Absolutely not! A disaster. They were unpleasant to people on the terrace. In short, don't go there.

18/03/2026: Small brasserie that could really use a facelift. The food is quite good for prices that are fairly typical for a brasserie. A wide selection of dishes. As for the wait, it will depend on whether you're a regular or not.

07/03/2026: I had planned to organize a small get-together at this restaurant after my mother's funeral. Looking at the photos on the website, the place seemed lovely: well-decorated, airy, and truly inviting. Everything seemed to be going well. During our first phone conversation, the owner was pleasant and even provided me with an initial quote that included certain things, notably an aperitif. During our second call, I simply asked for clarification on the quote: I wanted to know if coffee was included with the soft drinks. She understood that I wanted to add some, and despite my explanations, it was impossible to clarify this point. The conversation then escalated; she started shouting and became aggressive, accusing me of trying to drive the price down, which was absolutely not my intention. The most surprising thing is that some of the items she later rejected were precisely those she herself had mentioned in the initial quote. From the outset, we could probably have found common ground, but discussion quickly became impossible. This is all the more regrettable in the context of a funeral. When someone has just lost their mother, a minimum of listening and understanding would be appreciated. Improved communication is certainly an area for development: business isn't just about pretty decor and beautiful photos on a website.
