15/08/2024: For a first in a Subway, I was very delighted, the staff is pleasant, patient, the food is good at a fair price for a fast food restaurant. The toilets are clean.

11/08/2024: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I'm used to getting a tuna sandwich at other Subway locations in Spain, and I expected to find the same amount of filling, but that wasn't the case!!! The bread I chose also wasn't quite the same; it had a slightly elastic texture, whereas it should be really soft and tender.

14/09/2024: We regularly visit this restaurant with friends, colleagues or family, and it is always a real pleasure to be there. The establishment has a particularly attractive and warm atmosphere, which makes it an ideal place for any type of meeting. Additionally, the restaurant is well located — in an accessible location, not far from public transportation stops, making access much easier for many customers. In the past, everything in this restaurant was impeccable: the quality of the dishes, their presentation and the service always met our expectations. However, recently we have noticed some changes that concern us, and we would like to respectfully bring these to your attention. First of all, the presentation of drinks and dishes has become less neat. For example, juices, which were once served perfectly chilled, are now often lukewarm, detracting from the experience. Similarly, Pepsi is served with less gas, which alters its taste. As for the dishes, their presentation, once neat and appetizing, has unfortunately lost its refinement. We also noticed a reduction in the portion of fries: even when ordering a large portion, we now receive less than before, which is disconcerting. Additionally, on particularly hot days in summer, it can be quite stuffy inside the restaurant, which creates a less pleasant atmosphere and makes the experience less enjoyable. An improvement in air conditioning or ventilation would certainly be appreciated to improve customer comfort. We would like to express our deep respect for your establishment, where we have always appreciated the quality of the service and dishes. However, we hope that these observations will be taken into account in order to restore the level of excellence that has made the reputation of this restaurant. We are confident that with these small adjustments, your establishment will remain a pleasant and welcoming place where we will always be happy to return.

27/08/2024: We were passing through the area and I wanted to book for my partner's birthday. What to say? The truffades were okay although we don't have a comparison because it was our first time. I was still expecting potatoes to be cooked a little to smother them and not just cut into slices and cooked in a pan. The frog legs weren't bad but were a little undercooked, only the breading was golden. The waitress made us feel welcome as we were seated inside; what a mistake! The boss who I think is also the husband of the waitress and alone in the kitchen; we can hear him moaning; muttering in his kitchen... he bitches at his wife in front of us; complains that he has 6 customers including 6 different dishes... we were really pissing him off! In short... We didn't feel comfortable at all... Great for a birthday! Fortunately the waitress gave us a small discount because she served us the frog legs without accompaniment.

23/08/2024: While passing through Clermont Ferrand we had dinner at this restaurant. Fresh products home cooking I recommend it if you are in the region you will not be disappointed. Hearty and very good

22/07/2024: The bosses are there to make money on the backs of consumers by making fun of them and without room service: 2 hours without coming to ask you what you want to consume, no server worthy of the name and, cherry on the top cake, we serve it ourselves. No more paper in the toilet, the hand dryer is ineffective and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Only the waitresses do a remarkable job, when they are not off duty, and there, we see all the inefficiency of the bosses who are not concerned with the service provided to the consumer and who discuss quietly among themselves about everything except the service! !! Advice: avoid this place Note: 0 points

24/01/2025: It’s okay for the price! On the other hand, it takes longer to get fries, the toilets are dirty,… in short, ok for eating quickly and hot only.

22/08/2024: Une excellente adresse à Clermont, très surprenant de trouver une brasserie de cette qualité dans un centre commercial. Un endroit accueillant et chaleureux par l’ensemble du personnel. Mais surtout des plats généreux et gourmands avec une spécialité la truffade à ne pas rater.

07/07/2024: We came as a family this evening and really great. The plates are very well stocked, the manager adorable, the decor so cute you'd think you were going back to your childhood. We will come back without hesitation. I haven't eaten truffade in years and it is delicious.

04/11/2024: Very nice restaurant and above all very accommodating! Despite the fact that, unintentionally, I had forgotten to book for the Halloween evening, they accepted me. Furthermore, I was not disappointed: very good atmosphere, reasonable price, the quality was there (even though it was not intended for me 🤣) and the waitress made us laugh. I had a great time!

20/08/2024: Accueillant, calme, moderne. Cuisine raffinée . Service souriant et efficace . Bon rappport qualité/prix. Un BIB gourmand bien mérité.

20/08/2024: Si vede da subito che lo chef ha una buona mano purtroppo però la nostra esperienza all’ECUREUIL non è stata per niente buona infatti il servizio è a dir poco scadente (abbiamo dovuto chiedere il pane quattro volte e ci è arrivato quando ormai avevamo finito di cenare) non ci hanno portato i coltelli per la carne, cosa che hanno fatto per il tavolo di fianco, e soprattutto sono stati veramente poco flessibili nella scelta del piatto per ns. figlio che come tutti i bambini non è ancora abituato ai sapori forti della cucina francese. I menù non sono male ma poco vari. Antipasti da rivedere, il piatto principale buono ma poco sostanzioso e soprattutto i dessert veramente inaccettabili… abbiamo visto quelli fuori menù e sembravano molto buoni! Crediamo che le basi ci siano tutte ma c’è tanto da migliorare. In bocca al Lupo.

01/12/2024: Professionalism in simplicity (oh that's well said 😜) dozens of delicious products from hot wraps to fruit salad, exceptional friendly service even for a simple coffee and a clean and maintained place, nothing to say there is no need to say go there (a big up for the donuts like on the beach yum)

24/01/2025: Yesterday we had the fish of the day, we just regretted having tuna on our plate while the table next to them had Hake. Would the dish be served to the customer's head? Apart from that we really like this very pleasant place and the staff is friendly.

10/11/2024: We enjoyed everything about our lunch today. A small downside regarding the too noisy atmosphere due to the presence of a family gathering. The restaurant space is small to accommodate different audiences. The view from the restaurant of the fountain and the shimmering vegetation bathed in sunlight charmed us.
