12/07/2026: We arrived without a reservation and were lucky enough to get a table for four that was still available :) The terrace was lovely, with no passing cars (the road is closed in the evening). The pizzas and salads were delicious (we were able to take away half a pizza we hadn't finished). The service was truly attentive and friendly! We had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended!

Le domaine du Lac

14/07/2026: A pleasant stay in a cottage at the Domaine du Lac campsite on the shores of Lake Chambon. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a wide range of activities available, including the campsite's swimming pool and Lake Chambon (accessible directly from the campsite), the campsite restaurant by the lake, the hiking trails all around, and the evening entertainment offered by the campsite.
We were delighted and will definitely return. One minor drawback: the lack of cell service in and around the cottage made it difficult to plan hikes or check exam results. On the plus side, it allowed us to disconnect! ;)
12/07/2026: Friendly place. The cabins coule be maintained a bit better but perfectly acceptable for the price.

16/08/2024: Nous étions sur Murol pour une semaine, nous cherchions donc un restaurant à proximité pour manger local. Nous avions réservé pour 19h et avions été très bien accueillis. Le personnel est souriant et rapidement disponible pour nos différentes demandes (chaise bébé, rehausseur, crayon et feuille de dessin nous ont été tout de suite proposés) Nous avons prit les truffades qui nous paraissaient petite à l’arrivée des plats mais qui finalement nous a suffit.
Il y a 2 menus enfants (1 avec juste le plat et l’autre avec boisson plat et dessert) ce qui est assez rare dans les restaurants et très appréciables quand on a des enfants qui ne mangent pas beaucoup. Le burger auvergant dans le menu enfant était délicieux (selon ma fille de 12ans)
