12/04/2024: We chose the Etxola restaurant based on the good reviews and we were not disappointed.
The products are fresh and of good quality.
The cooking of the cod back was perfect and the vegetables deliciously crunchy.
The local dessert, of course "Russian" is to be chosen without hesitation!
Special mention to Emilie, the waitress who is adorable and passionate about her work!!

29/05/2024: Great, I love this place, we eat well and the atmosphere is great and the waitresses are smiling. I'm from Toulouse, but I go to Mauleon every 2 months, so I eat in the Café de L Europe.
