23/05/2024: Several times we order and regularly things are missing, but each time we come across understanding people on the phone and very professional. But this evening, it's the last straw... we were missing half of an order of Happy Meal (apple juice and yogurt to drink), all the sauces and a McDonald's croque. We are asked to come back while we are sitting quietly at home to check the order because the person we have on the phone attests that the order is complete because his colleague tells him that. Faced with our insistence, she asks her colleague again if she is sure she made the order correctly, the latter responds because we hear "the sauces I don't think so, the apple juice and the yogurt I don't know, the croc McDonald’s was there.” Under the pretext that his colleague certifies that the fang was there, the exchange is not possible with the person we had, taking us for liars or thieves!!!! We didn't fight but the dialogue was shameful, no commercial gesture and a cruel lack of professionalism!

07/05/2024: The longest drive in Pau. Almost no one in the restaurant, the employees on their phones having a laugh... 25 minutes for nuggets and a macflurry... And when we finally have access to the recovery terminal, we still have to wait because it's is not ready... Fortunately the man at the drive-thru is polite and smiling... In short, it's long, much too long... I can't even imagine when the restaurant is full
