03/05/2024: The welcome was warm and the service efficient, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The wine list offers a varied choice but remains simple and classic. The Italian board was generous and the charcuterie quality, although the cut was a little thick. However, we were disappointed with the main dishes we ordered: sweetbreads with morels and pork trotters stuffed with sweetbreads. Unfortunately, the sweetbreads were much overcooked and rubbery, which affected the enjoyment of the tasting. It's a shame because the filling was good and plentiful. We were unable to express our disappointment to the waitress as we were not asked about our experience. However, I want to share this review in the hope that it will be constructive in helping you improve. By adjusting the cooking of main dishes, I am confident that you will be able to provide a more satisfying dining experience for your customers in the future. Looking forward to it.
