09/08/2026: The €17.90 salad was tasteless. It looked generous when it arrived, but there was an excessive amount (a heaped quantity) of flavorless pasta, making it very heavy. It lacked salt and flavor overall. I returned almost all the pasta, and my impression was confirmed by the waitress who told me that pasta is often sent back to the kitchen, while the cashier said it was the first time anyone had ever mentioned it (and in a rather unpleasant manner). I won't be going back.

24/07/2026: While passing through Le Mans, we decided to have dinner at the Bistro Régent restaurant, where we were served by Arthur and Lloris. Two incredibly kind and exceptionally professional waiters. Very friendly and always smiling. We even asked Arthur to move us to a different table, as we were on the terrace, and he immediately found us a table inside, all while smiling. (We wanted to move because it was warmer inside for the children). He was smiling from beginning to end, always attentive to our needs. Dinner was served very quickly by Lloris; we didn't have to wait at all. He always had a kind word for us each time he came by. All the dishes were excellent. The children loved it, and their sundaes were excellent too. There's also the manager, Clément, who is also very kind and always smiling. Honestly, I recommend it 100000000%! The atmosphere, the servers, and the food were all fantastic. We left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in Le Mans again. 12/07/2026: Far too long a wait this Sunday, 15 minutes wait for two ice creams, two drinks and 6 churros. After 10 minutes I went to see the manager who told me that they were short-staffed and that it was because of the churros, which were served cold.

04/08/2026: The food is good, quite generous portions, and the decor is pleasant (although a few armchairs are damaged, which detracts from the overall feel). The staff is okay. I recommend it.

26/05/2026: A wonderful experience, our first time there, it was perfect, we'll definitely be back. A big thank you to the washer who served us throughout the evening and who came to tell us she was leaving because she had finished her shift. Keep up the good work, we'll be back for sure.

16/05/2026: This concept can't be compared to other all-you-can-eat buffets; here, you're served on demand, with extra-fresh and generous portions of sushi. My son loves the mackerel sushi and insists that Hoki Sushi is where he eats the best sushi, maki, and stir-fried noodles. It's the only restaurant we go to when we're craving sushi. We went there last night, and it's always a success.
