30/08/2024: We were very well served, very good kebab pancake and the waitresses were very nice because when me and my half sister asked to put a candle on my father-in-law's chocolate pancake for his birthday they put it so thank you and s It was very good to continue like that.
27/08/2024: Very very expensive. The quality was good at first but when you order a salad with foie gras and on the plate you almost only have salad... at 20 euros this one is extremely expensive.
Moreover, for several months they have been doing the calculations by hand. We're not even sure what we're paying for...extremely expensive bill considering the quality and quantity

I don't recommend it at all.
30/09/2024: very good atmosphere, very nice restaurant, the waiters are very very nice (kisses to Arnaud on your first day) I love this restaurant! I recommend 1000%

29/11/2024: Mise à part le cadre qui reste joli, cette enseigne a perdu son âme .
Un SPRITZ qui n’avait surtout pas la couleur i le goût du SPRITZ . Le plat de poisson qui n’avait ni goût ni appétence.
Une viande qui diminue comme peau de chagrin 🙁 et la crêpe whaoo !
Heureusement que le personnel est accueillant.
Dommage 😠😠😠
06/10/2024: Les hamburgers auraient pu être meilleur. Trop de sauce et pas assez de salade d'oignons... dans les hamburgers, on les cherche.

09/08/2024: I go there with my girlfriend whenever we have to celebrate something, or for simple pleasure.
I love it and the prices are very reasonable.

16/09/2024: Nous sommes venu samedi soir à 19h30, sans avoir réservé comme habituellement avant d'être maman... Le serveur nous a vu arriver de loin, il nous a arrêté des l'entrée du restaurant en nous annonçant qu'il était complet alors que il y avais que 4 tables de prise.
Nous sommes partis, mais j'ai appelé le restaurant pour voir si il était possible d'avoir une table pour 2 pour se soir, et le serveur me répond " oui si vous venez tout de suite c'est bon" avant de donner mon nom pour réserver je préviens que je viens avec une poussette et là il me répond " ah ba vous êtes 3 pas 2 désolée nous sommes complet"

La viande était bonne ! Mais manque un petit grain de cuisson pour l’appoint. Mais reste super bon et irréprochable.
Pour les 10 fois que je suis venue c’est bien la seul foit ou la cuisson était comme sa en général c’est ok! Je recommande !

29/12/2023: On a appelé la veille pour réserver une table pour deux, on nous annonce que ce n’était pas la peine et qu’on aurait de la place. Qu’elle se fut notre surprise lorsque nous arrivons devant l’enseigne avec une queue immense. Du coup nous avons rebroussé chemin pour notre plus grand désespoir.

28/09/2024: Generous quantities but quality of cooking not great: carbos (which are actually pasta with cream and bacon) tasteless, pork fricassee not great. On the other hand, very good Casanova salad.
Impossible to cancel a dessert, billed even though it could not be eaten (we are talking about a chocolate mousse already made and without preparation), thank you for the waste which could be avoided.
In terms of service, lack of speed, friendliness and LISTENING!
In conclusion, the prices are not justified

01/09/2024: I made the wrong entrance, I took a tour of the restaurant (really nice) then we returned (yeah anyway) incredible and friendly waiters! An exceptional meal, too bad I live far away otherwise I would happily go back!

28/09/2024: 6:45 p.m.: Table service with more than 12 minutes of waiting and on top of that the menus were cold.
1 out of 2 tables is dirty.
The same floor and disgusting toilets!
A disaster even though we have been coming to this establishment for 12 years…not sure we will come back!
28/09/2024: Go to the drive-thru and make us wait 15 minutes and in the end no one takes us at the terminal we go to the counter the guy tells us we couldn't do anything just some fries even though we were made to wait for nothing it must have just been the end of service and he might have wanted to bother with the shameful customers!

Ne parlons pas des cocktails qui ont goût d’eau. Où est l’alcool, peut-être une goutte sous l’épaisseur des glaçons

Very well decorated dining room
Unfortunately the corridors leading to the bedroom could do with a major refresh!
Because the rooms are rather pleasant and well decorated
31/07/2024: Great hotel for an overnight stay if you are on your way from A to B. (a bit pricey for the space you get) We had an executive room 14M2 on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with a sloping ceiling, also in the bathroom above the bath where you have to shower. Not very useful if you are 1.93. But hey, no problem for that one night. The stairwell is very charming (a bit Fawlty Towers)
And the room was clean, tidy, nice and cool (air conditioning) and the beds were comfortable.
Highly recommended!

25/08/2024: Very very long service at the drive-thru even though there seemed to be very few people there
23/08/2024: We asked the team After an order for almost €100 to add a little sauce to two 280s, knowing that we had removed ingredients from them. We wanted these burgers that we like to be less dry. A pleasant young girl understood our request and went to the manager. With a bitter and dry look, he just answers him dryly “NO”. Result: dry burger.
It has already been twice that this visibly unmotivated and incompetent person has been present during a simple request which ends in refusal. I don't think I'm committing a crime by asking for a little more sauce for an order per week for €100. I am sincerely thinking of changing creameries!!!!!!!!hoping that the GROUP will be more vigilant in recruiting these managers!!!!!!
