10/03/2024: Very nice, unmissable shop in Arcs 2000. Whether to find souvenirs, good local products or for a waffle or pancake at snack time, it's a pleasure to go there. The staff is very cheerful and friendly. We go there every year. And to respond to the previous opinion, we find sausage of better quality and less expensive than at Carrefour Montagne 1950 ;)

11/03/2024: We stayed one night as a family, 3 rooms booked and everyone had a good night. The owners are friendly and the breakfast is varied and good but the price a little expensive. We will definitely return in 2025.

08/03/2024: Very disappointed 😞. We have been there several times because the food is of very good quality. This time, disappointed by the behavior. Reserved a table several days in advance during the middle of the school year. The person calls me the same evening at 6 p.m. for a reservation at 8:30 p.m., to inform me that she will not be able to accommodate us because there is no one there, only our table. That actually starting cooking for two is not profitable, let's be clear! We found ourselves paying a nanny for nothing and eating at home to celebrate our 9th birthday! I would no longer go and advertise to them. These people do as they want... don't make me believe when there are no reservations during the holidays...

24/03/2024: Terrible website. Would be nice for there to be instructions on how to get to the residence, e.g. Chambery closest airport, either take a cab or train to Bourg-St-Maurice, Funicular to Arc 1600, Buss towards Arc 1800 getting off at Chavret, then either walk 10mins or take this another buss to Roseland(direction Chantel). Add links to buss&funicular timetable (they funicular only opens at 7am so avoid early flights!) Booked for 2 weeks but had to change apartments for 1 week - which is fine, it happens with busy accommodation. However, having to check out of the first appartment at 10am and check-in the 2nd appartment at 5pm is an inconvenience - especially as there is no storage for our belongings. After much complaining to the reception they agreed to the solution to clean the 2nd appartment, let us move into it, then clean the first appartment. Having to wait for the 2nd appartment all morning instead of skiing wasn't fun. The double bed is actually 2 single beds. Sleeping in the gap of the 2 beds isn't very comfortable for couples. Saving grace, having direct access to the ski slopes and providing a ski storage The staff are very friendly! They did what they could to help with the restrictions imposed

23/03/2024: An unusual atmosphere and great cuisine. Too bad a bearded guy came to piss us off half the meal. I recommend this establishment when it is absent!

19/02/2024: Short walk from Le Belmont for baguettes and Pizza, so we were there most days for 1 or the other. We were on the receiving end of a busy and stressed waiter on 1 visit, but the pizza was good, so no complaints from us!

11/12/2023: Great welcome! The perfect food! The rooms are superb! I recommend spending a night here!

11/10/2023: Stayed here 1 night while doing the TMB. Was fortunate to be able to get a double room with ensuite WC and shower, so it was very comfortable. Food during dinner was very good and delicious. This auberge unfortunately had no wifi - you can pay for wifi at a shop across the road.
