25/08/2026: The waitresses were very unpleasant. Don't come with young children as you'll be very poorly received; apparently, children bother them.

24/08/2026: The place to be in Les Arcs 1800! Quality cuisine, friendly service, and a menu featuring typical Savoyard dishes. We highly recommend this place.

15/08/2026: We stopped at Chalet Grillette for the first time this summer, although we've been coming to the resort for many years. It was a very pleasant experience. In addition to the stunning setting with its views of the peaks, the staff were very friendly. We chose from a wide variety of dishes on the menu, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

09/08/2026: Excellent meal at Chalet Grillettes!! The view is exceptional, breathtaking view of Mont Blanc!! I highly recommend the hiker's platter and the pablova for dessert ;)

09/09/2026: Very good and very generous portions. We had the tartiflette, which was delicious and generously topped with Reblochon cheese, for a price much lower than other restaurants in the area. The panna cotta for dessert was also very good. The bill was more than reasonable. We highly recommend it.

09/09/2026: We enjoyed a fantastic Savoyard cheese and mushroom fondue. The service and atmosphere were excellent. Very good, and the food was superb. Highly recommended.

13/03/2026: A charming address, a magical place nestled among the fir trees and right on the slopes. Julie and her team are incredibly attentive, and it's pure bliss. A huge congratulations also to the Chef and his team in the kitchen; a culinary journey as beautiful as it is delicious. I had the pleasure of staying at this establishment last year, again this year, and my family trip is already planned for next year!

09/03/2026: The location is exceptional, the view of Mont Blanc from the rooms and terraces is magnificent. Everything is spacious and bright. A true ski-in/ski-out experience. Breakfast is very good with plenty of homemade cakes (freshly squeezed orange juice would have been a welcome addition, though). The evening menus are varied, alternating between fish and meat dishes. The cooking is perfect. We were always offered lovely desserts. Perhaps we would have appreciated a choice between two main courses. But we understand that you need to plan your supplies carefully, as you cook on-site with products that are most likely fresh. In any case, we felt a genuine desire to satisfy us and adapt to our tastes. All the staff are incredibly attentive. Julie, the manager, is very welcoming. She offers excellent advice, both about her hotel and the resort. We will most certainly return as soon as possible.

24/04/2026: A pleasant surprise. Affordable prices at 2000 meters. Quick service and friendly staff. And kudos for still offering a nearly full menu during the last week of the winter season. A great end to the season.

06/04/2026: Very expensive for what it is. Got food poisoning from their food. The fries and music were good though. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED! They made a fuss about splitting the bill.

19/07/2026: Fantastic stay in an idyllic setting. Very warm welcome.

18/07/2026: Not perfect and not the best location in relation to the resort because of the steep descent and ascent each time, but very good value for money, excellent facilities, very friendly staff, a very pleasant games room and swimming pool, not to mention the well-appointed sauna and hammam. The view is worth the trip. In case of bad weather, it's best to take the parking lot for 40 euros a week; hail wrecked my car.

30/08/2026: Passing through Bourg Saint Maurice, we stopped at this small restaurant. The welcome was very warm and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the refined local cuisine. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

26/08/2026: A beautiful restaurant in an enchanting setting! Impeccable service and excellent quality food! The children's menus are delicious (homemade hamburgers and fries). I had the crushed tomatoes and trout, a real treat! And the pool is a great place to cool off after your meal before finishing with coffee and dessert (a very nice selection!). In short, a superb experience for our whole group (5 adults and 4 children), thank you to the entire team!

25/07/2026: My opinion will differ from the previous ones. Two problems: the wait between courses was far too long, and even though the food was generally good, the dishes were inconsistent. This was our second visit. The first time, we waited 40 minutes between the appetizer and the main course. The appetizer, and especially the dessert, were very good; the main course was good but unremarkable. We decided to try again. Today, we spent more time waiting than enjoying our meals. 45 minutes between each course. Seriously? A very good appetizer, a good main course, and a mediocre dessert. When we mentioned the wait between the appetizer and the main course, the waitress told us that the chef was working alone and that plates were cleared only when he decided to bring the next course. So, apparently, the customer is subject to the restaurant's organization, and that's considered normal. Well... Yet, after waiting 20 minutes between the main course and dessert, when our plates were finally taken away, and after a glimmer of hope that our dishes would arrive, we waited another 25 minutes... for a dessert where the panna cotta seemed nonexistent and another where the peach and goat cheese combination was missing... 45 minutes for that... in fact, the other dishes were prioritized... at the expense of ours, for a very mediocre result. What a disappointment! And all this, despite apologies and an acknowledgment of the slightly long wait, only to be told that this never happens (well, it did happen to us the first time too), that it's also part of the restaurant experience for them... well, the customer isn't there to have this kind of experience where the chef plays his part without considering the clientele, which is approved by the dining room, and all this for nearly 200 euros without even a gesture of goodwill, a complimentary coffee or tea, or a drink. It's very poor. And all this in a noisy room. But since the restaurant is packed, three dissatisfied customers who might not return are apparently not a problem. Our second visit will therefore be our last. We'd much rather try La Grande Ourse.

20/04/2026: I love the place, but the person behind the bar on Saturday seemed bothered by having customers, and then, in a moment of weakness, I had the nerve to ask the price of a pint... The person in question completely lost it, yelling and showing me chalkboards that listed some prices, but not the price of a pint. So apparently, asking a price is unacceptable, and on top of being verbally attacked, I was supposed to sympathize because she was about to tell me how awful her day, her life, her customers are... I just came for a drink...

05/04/2026: Stopped for a drink after skiing, lovely to sit out in the sun with a glass of rosé for only 3€!!
