18/02/2024: Very good restaurant! The chicken pasta is magnificent as well as the pizzas. And I'm not talking about the welcome 😍 they are so pleasant and welcoming. I really recommend.

12/02/2024: Family restaurant that has been offering generous, 100% homemade Sicilian cuisine for over 20 years. Special mention for the arancini, the chicken pasta, the Gela panini and all the pizzas 😋

03/04/2024: Greeted with a smile, responsive waitresses. Brasserie with a regular clientele. It was good but for my part, not exceptional.

26/02/2024: Very good experience with local products and a small quality menu. The ravioli were excellent as well as the burger. Very generous dishes, so much so that we no longer had room for dessert, too bad!! We totally recommend!

14/02/2024: A rather good experience at Abri, the cuisine is tasty and quite original for Chambéry. I rather recommend the bowls which are a little more elaborate, the pita sandwich was good but less original. There are vegetarian and vegan options also for those concerned. The prices are a little high but that’s the city center effect. The welcome is friendly and the menu clear! I will go back there for the bowls.

10/02/2024: Avoid... This brasserie does not accept customers who come for a drink, in fact it is obligatory to consume a dish to be able to sit on the terrace. The terrace is dirty, the sofas are all stained...I advise against it.

The team seats us at a nice table and informs us that they will bring our order to the table. 18 minutes later, I ask for news of our order and one of the waitresses tells me that there is...35 minutes of waiting. I replied that it would have been useful to have the information when ordering, I asked again from another young woman about the waiting time, a little incredulous about the first answer, given the from the type of restaurant (ordering at the counter or on a screen), we expect faster service and there, in a dry tone, the young woman said to me: “I understand Madam, you have made it clear to me said five times” We go back to sit down and there, the manager comes to see us and without almost having time to formulate our request again, in an aggressive or even quickly threatening tone, insults fly out, unwanted familiarity…. In short, a completely disproportionate reaction to my remark. Discriminatory insults (“Parisians”) and completely intolerable behavior. I add in response from the manager, clearly still as aggressive and accusatory as ever, that after this complete aggression, the familiarity and the insults, the suggestion was to go and observe the practices in other countries, where the culture of customer service clientele was more developed. His annoyance undoubtedly led to these responses being considered “racist” without absolutely any basis. Fortunately, on the same street, calmer, less overwhelmed restaurateurs welcomed us with professionalism. Dear Sir, I invite you to immerse yourself among them without even going to the United States.
