28/06/2026: Tsaretta became our local for the week we spent in Les Allues. Remy, the bar manager, was so welcoming, full of advice of things to do, we spent time over drinks sharing stories. A very warm guy, and Jennifer was also lovely. Good pizzas, Remy makes a wicked margarita too. We will be back.

21/07/2026: It pains me to leave a negative review, as I generally prefer to write reviews when I've had a good experience. I should also clarify that I didn't eat at the restaurant: my comment concerns only the coffee.
I was charged €8 for a coffee. The cup wasn't even filled to the top, and what's more, the coffee wasn't particularly good. At that price, I expected impeccable quality.
I understand that we're in Méribel and that this is a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion, that doesn't justify a price of €8 for a simple coffee, or a half-full cup. If it had been exceptional, I could have understood the price. But it wasn't.
My comment is absolutely not directed at the staff, who were friendly and are obviously not responsible for the prices. However, I sincerely believe that the pricing policy should be reviewed. I was very disappointed by this experience.

08/04/2026: The hotel may not be the newest, but it's perfectly located and has a great atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two restaurants serve delicious meals. A well-equipped exercise room and a fairly large swimming pool. A ski room with lockers and boot warmers. Direct access to three Meribel Mottaret ski lifts.
05/04/2026: I really enjoyed my stay at the Mont Vallon.
The hotel itself worked so well for us -
Friendly and efficient staff, good food, great ambience and an absolutely great location.

13/08/2026: The product presentation was superb, and we received an excellent welcome on July 13, 2026, from Anthony, who knows his range perfectly, including the aging process. Everything was clean and appetizing.
The prices are always very fair, and a special mention goes to the farmhouse cider!
See you soon!
13/08/2026: I bought some samples here to vacuum-pack to take back to Italy. The clerk was very patient and kind. Great prices. Fantastic!

24/03/2026: We really enjoyed the crepes; however, the menu is unsuitable for children (no children's menu).
We ordered two plates of plain coquillettes pasta, and the waitress didn't inform us that the prices from the hotel's evening menu would apply, which was €19 per plate. Similarly, the two scoops of ice cream were not included in the creperie's menu and were charged at €10!
What a shame!

We spent a week at the hotel attached to this restaurant. We dined there three times. Never disappointed! Shrimp and avocado buns, the chalet burger, the pierrade (excellent meats), the tuna steak, the chocolate éclair, and the French toast (a suggestion, please consider adding it to the menu! ^^) were all excellent. The staff is top-notch and efficient. A very special thank you to Leo, Robin, and their colleague.
24/07/2026: Disappointing experience; if you have a big appetite, avoid this place!
The portions were unfortunately too small for the price.

26/02/2026: We were warmly welcomed and the staff was friendly, which we really appreciated. However, unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price.
It’s great that there is a vegetarian option on the menu, but the eggplant was undercooked and the portion was very small. Half of the plate was just a small arugula salad, which made the dish feel quite empty. Choosing a vegetarian meal shouldn’t mean leaving the table still hungry.
As for the burger, the bun was very dry and crumbly. It completely fell apart when picked up, making it almost impossible to eat properly. The fries were correct, nothing special but fine.
Overall, the food quality and portions did not justify the price.
10/02/2026: Best chicken dish I had in a while! I wasn’t hungry and came just to kill time, but this chicken was just magnificent! Tender with rich flavour pallet.
