07/12/2025: It took a very long time to get our order; we left before we could even have a coffee.
01/11/2025: A pseudo-trendy restaurant. Predominantly full of show-offs. A bit tacky. They fill your plate with the powder from their sparklers. And a DJ who only plays a 70s/80s playlist.
Not a repeat. Avoid it. It's not worth the price.

13/08/2024: A place to highly recommend, owners, staff, cuisine, welcome, cleanliness everything is top notch.
Fresh pizzas, hearty and delicious.
For 4 years never disappointed 😊😉
13/08/2024: First visit to the brunette side. Dish of the day: mussels and fries and brioche. Martini preview at 6.5 euros. With what was in the glass. They make thirty in a small bottle. Very dry server. Tiny but good mussels. The brioche arrived glscee. I mentioned this to a waiter who replied that they had forgotten to reheat it. No apologies or offer of replacement. To be avoided. Especially since he also displays home cooking. What a joke. Just a tourist trap. And no reaction from the bosses. Is there anyone still on board this titanic?

21/08/2024: Small snack on the terrace. Friendly waitress. But how can you serve a cold butter and sugar crepe with a piece of butter placed on the edge of the plate???? Something new. The nuttella one was cold but edible and the waffle not great. Address to forget.
10/08/2024: The dishes are not elaborate, it is very bland, it really looks like a canteen dish and it is very expensive for the poor quality of the food and the work.
To avoid.

17/01/2025: Deplorable, the word is weak!
Self-service (not very practical with ski equipment, but we get used to it) where for two dishes, a starter and a drink, and nothing more we pay €60!
To top it all off:
- a deplorable and cold welcome, what are the servers for?
- pitiful quality of dishes! Defrosted, even in the famous fast food chains you eat better.
- unbalanced and poorly organized dishes
- no possibility of having a carafe of water, on the pretext that the place is not connected to drinking water (yet there are toilets (very dirty, and without soap) with drinking water… )
- broken ski racks, all the equipment is huddled together!
And so on!
The only positive points (because you have to find some…):
- eat quickly, and therefore quickly return to the slopes
- be close to the lifts, in the sun with a view of the mountains
17/01/2025: Icy welcome, dull and impersonal atmosphere.
The terrace, although well positioned, in no way highlights the magnificent setting of the restaurant!
We could have had a view of the mountainous horizon, we had a view of folded parasols.
The kitchen is just passable, the dishes served at the self-service restaurant were cold.
The manager seems to be aware of this since a microwave is available to customers... who are waiting in line to reheat their dishes!
If I understand the logistical constraints of a high-altitude restaurant, and the associated prices, it is difficult to justify that a reheated canteen dish costs €22.
Finally, the restaurant is illegal by refusing to serve customers tap water.
So, quenching your thirst at Arpasson will cost €6, the price of a 25cl plastic bottle of mineral water!
To avoid, many best high-altitude restaurants are just a few strokes away!

29/05/2024: +ve Amazing place the music, dancing and atmosphere is super.
-ve We were in the vip area, and we paid a lot. However, unnecessary cheating in our bill, they add 100 euro charge for the power bank that they put on the table and we didn't ask for, it was a shame, I was there many times this is the 1st time, I was scamed.
14/05/2024: Probably the most disrespectful experience of my life. Showed up on 3/31/2024 and were met with a horrible experience, including:
1. Having the staff stand behind the bar and almost refuse to serve us, despite being open
2. Pretending to not speak English (you are a bartender at Folie Douce…)
3. Refusing to get the shot ski when requested because it is “too far away”
4. Cheering us out of the establishment when we left
Made a lot to effort to make it to the bar and was disgusted with the treatment. What a joke.
UPDATE: Email to their team was ignored entirely, took no responsability for the poor treatment of me and my friends.

06/09/2024: One of our favourite places in the 3Vs. Just had the best veal escalope ever with delicious Cote de rhone at 25€ a bottle. Lovely staff remember you from year to year. Near entrance to Lac Tueda in M Mottaret lift area. Must book.

19/08/2024: Gastronomy!!! succulent dishes. Warm welcome. As with each of our visits, we enjoyed ourselves.
Always a great pleasure to eat porcini mushrooms.

The downside is the higher prices.
13/05/2024: Very nice restaurant with good food! Friendly service and some surprising things on the menu. Different than most restaurants at that altitude. Poke Bowl, well-filled salads…. Very tasty! Lovely terrace, full glass of rosé, great!

25/08/2024: Delicious food. Everything we ate was excellent. The best café gourmand in the three valleys!
24/08/2024: We ended our stay in this restaurant and had a great time.
The house cocktail, the Savoyard fondue, the hot box or the burger delighted us all.
And special mention for the discovery of homemade pavlova.

05/09/2024: Ouvert toute l’année, ambiance pub, nombreux cocktails, assiettes de petite restauration bien faites. Personnel international efficace, présence d’un billard et de nombreux écrans pour le sport. Salle spacieuse et grande terrasse.
01/09/2024: C’est très bon, mais c’est très cher, ils sont très gentils très serviable mais le site Jack burger a quelques petits soucis pour mettre l’adresse pour se faire livrer

28/08/2024: Dîner à quatre en famille avec Reservations, nous avons été placés tout de suite à l’arrivée. Le cadre est très agréable déco très sympathique mais ça on s’y attendait après avoir vu les photos sur Internet. C’était le dernier jour de service pour l’été. Ils allaient fermer jusqu’à la saison d’hiver mais ils ont au moins le mérite d’avoir ouvert pendant le mois d’août. C’est déjà pas mal. Il y avait donc un petit peu moins de choix sur la carte mais tout le monde a trouvé son bonheur.
Évidemment, l’addiction est un peu salé, mais c’est en rapport avec l’emplacement qui est parfait dans la station et la réputation du lieu.
Bref, ça vaut quand même le détour.

04/04/2024: We couldn’t get into three of the restaurants further up the road, but La Flambee had lots of empty tables. Perhaps that tells you something. Anyway, we were persuaded by the lovely open wood fired pizza oven. What a mistake. I ordered the “tonnarelli a la sauce tomate guancialle”. It arrived incredibly quickly. The tonnarelli was very under-cooked and very hard to bite through. There was hardly any meat: it was gristly and chewy. A very poor meal. My wife had a pizza. Soggy bottom and the “toppings” placed in piles rather than spread over the pizza: she had to rearrange them. Against my better judgment I also ordered a tirimasu. It was not very nice at all; a nasty mousse poured over some stale biscuit. I have had much better tiramisu from my local supermarket. We had a good bottle of Valipolicello. I mentioned to the waitress that the tonnarelli was not cooked properly. No apology, no recompense. If you can get in anywhere else, I would recommend that you do NOT go to this restaurant.
