I recommend having a drink in front of the fireplace and eating an escalope with cream of course!

03/04/2024: We came for lunch this summer as a family for the Sunday barbecue, the beauty of the site enchanted us. So we decided to come back with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was great, everything was great, the rooms, the food and the spa. The attentive staff, special mention for Jérôme, your excellent Maitre d'hôtel who pampered us throughout our stay. A big thank you to the whole team. We will come back

27/05/2024: Just The Best, you can’t get better than les Castors, best location and 100% the best food in Meribel, definitely recommend!
17/03/2024: A superb spot for lunch. The food and service was exceptional. We found Les Castors on our first day and returned each day of our holiday. The tartiflette was exceptional, as were all of the dishes. A special mention must go to our wonderful server Nina, who always remembered us and looked after us so well and made us laugh. Beautiful terrace overlooking the slopes on sunny days and a warm cosy fire inside for those not so sunny days. A perfect spot! Sue, John, Jon & Jemma

15/09/2024: De l’accueil à la table, de la perfection et de la bienveillance.
Une cuisine fraîche, savoureuse et très copieuse. Que ce soit les plats locaux, autant que les plats thaïlandais, de la présentation, de la saveur et du professionnalisme.
C’était une première expérience, nous y retournerons par gourmandise !!
N’hésitez surtout pas à découvrir cette merveilleuse table dans ce si joli village plein d’authenticité.

24/03/2024: A stop of on the way to the French Alps.
Very comfortable and agreeable stay. The hosts are super friendly and the breakfast is all homemade or local produce. We would not hesitate to stay again.
3.5 hours from Calais and 5.5 to Méribel. Ideal.
Also great local restaurants that they can advise upon if not eating in.
Do go and stay, it’s lovely.

12/09/2024: Très bon burgers et frites, qualité, quantité, accueil très agréable, bon rapport qualité prix, jamais manger de burger aussi bon avec des grosses baguettes pour le pain très originale, je recommande à 100%, merci.

Yes it’s a take out counter and it’s a real shame that they don’t have any space to create their own terrace but why not have them wrap your burger and take it up to one of the lovely picnic spots on the mountain
