One drawback: the country bread made with ancient grains is quite inconsistent. Sometimes it's beautiful and very good, sometimes it's overcooked or flat in places, evidence of poor kneading.
The tarts and cakes are also of good quality.

A warm welcome from the owner, who took care of us from start to finish.
The prices are surprisingly low for the truly impeccable quality of the food.
The dining room is tasteful, friendly, and quiet, ideal for a quiet moment.
I recommend it without hesitation; it was a real favorite!
