20/05/2024: It seems wrong to say our experience was 'average', but to say we enjoyed the experience and the food would not be the truth. We ordered the Tasting Menu with some tweaks. We appreciated the ingredients and the processes, but we didn't walk away from dinner thinking wow! There were highlights (scallop), but mainly 'what are we eating' (nettle and milk skin was strange and like eating plastic) and overwhelming flavours (Turnip Broth and Lake Fish Chervil) or too many flavours (Ballade 34). We are fortunate to have experienced a 3 Star Michelin restaurant, but for us it was anticlimactic.

01/04/2024: Last night left incredible imprints in my memory, like a mosaic of the most vivid impressions. Finding yourself in an amazing place called “Snow Lodge” was like crossing the threshold into another world. It wasn't just a hotel - it was something bigger, something you don't come across every day. As soon as I crossed the threshold, the air was filled with warmth and comfort. The Snow Lodge, so named for its special atmosphere, was a place where every corner was steeped in history and uniqueness. With each step, I immersed myself in an atmosphere of serenity and calm. Antiquity and modern art blended together in harmony, creating a unique atmosphere. The walls even seemed to breathe, telling their stories. And how many books there were there! Rare and simply interesting, they attracted me with their mysterious covers, promising to look at the world from another perspective. But the most important thing is the people. The hotel owner and proprietress, as well as all the staff, welcomed me warmly, as if I was an old friend returning after a long absence. It was easy and pleasant with them, as if we had known each other forever. That evening I realized that the Snow Lodge was not just a place to spend the night, it was a place where you felt at home no matter where you were. Roxana Borat 😁

03/03/2024: We enjoyed our stay a lot. The breakfast was very nicely presented and flavourful. The rooms were nice and tidy and always well prepared by the time we returned from the mountain. We would like to thank Fernando and Diana who took care of our rooms and were available whenever we needed any help. Great thanks to the whole snow lodge team whom without our stay wouldn’t be the same.

04/04/2024: Food is great but overpriced…52 euros per person for a fondue with meat - and it’s a great fondue…but the service….they are too busy on the tables dropping a bundle ……so unless you ar spending a fortune- go elsewhere

09/03/2024: While atmosphere and food may be nice but the service is atrocious. Everyone in the team seemed confused… food items took too long and even after the wait there were mistakes in what came to the table. No real effort made in service or ensuring customers have a good time.. it was just about dumping the items on the table & moving on.

13/03/2024: Il s agit d'un lieu atypique, j'y viens depuis presque 10 ans et je ne suis jamais déçu des produits d'excellente qualité et issus de leur propre élevage. J'adore le fait de pouvoir acheter le fromage a un prix juste pour leur exploitation. Il y a peu de places à l intérieur donc pensez à réserver.
