15/02/2026: Le Grand Café is our go-to spot in Courchevel. We make it a regular spot every year, but how could we possibly miss out on Chef Koy's cuisine, the team's kindness, and Marilyne's generosity? The food is truly excellent, and the service is impeccable. Marilyne is a firm hand in a velvet glove; everything has to be perfect, but ultimately, that's also what makes it so charming, as no one is treated any differently. We always return with great enthusiasm, and with the feeling of always being at home. See you soon, Estelle and Jordan

02/03/2026: We were extremely satisfied with our stay at your hotel. The service throughout was outstanding. The shuttle service was available 24/7 and always arrived promptly, which made everything very convenient for us. The concierge team was exceptionally polite, efficient, and helpful at all times. We booked half board and were very impressed by the quality of the food. Being able to choose from the regular menu was a wonderful touch. There was a great variety of excellent dishes, all beautifully prepared and of consistently high quality. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail selection. The drinks were creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The ski room was spacious and comfortable, and the ski service was truly exceptional. The staff assisted with ski boots and brought the skis outside, which added an extra level of comfort and luxury to the experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and could not find a single point of dissatisfaction. We would be delighted to return and look forward to visiting your hotel again.

13/02/2026: There's a lot of condescension from the ski patrol and a desire to privatize the access road to Cospillot by obstructing local residents with their skis blocking the path, and now the construction of dangerous roller coasters. Your 5-star hotel status doesn't give you the right to harm local residents and privatize an access road!

29/03/2026: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! The only good thing was the service from the transfer staff. The breakfast service was very bad and slow. We had a serious problem with the restaurant bill inside the hotel; they charged us 1750.00 EUROS for a dinner we didn't even have. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

29/03/2026: NOT WORTH IT! It's not a 5-star hotel, the service is reasonable, and breakfast is very slow. Location close to the center, but you need a car to go to the beginner slopes! The travel agency in Brazil made a reservation at the hotel restaurant, and when we went to dinner I realized it was seafood, but my granddaughters are allergic. They charged us a 1,750 euro no-show fee, even though we didn't eat or drink anything! At check-out I refused to pay, then a mercenary manager appeared who, after much discussion, still charged me 875 EUROS. Even though we were guests with a stay in 3 rooms! The management's attitude is absurd! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER HOTELS IN COURCHEVEL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL LE CHABICHOU

20/01/2026: Fantasic place to chill and sip on a few beers. Charlie is great!! I'm english, my wife is spanish and our friends are french, and he could interact, speak and have a laugh with us all in our own languages! Top man!! We'll be back!

17/01/2026: It's become our favorite bar, with a great selection of beers at good prices. Language isn't a barrier here, especially with our favorite bartender, Charlie. You can speak Spanish, English, and French with him, and his professionalism and friendliness make all the difference. ♡

29/03/2025: Everything was excellent! The welcome, the place, the cuisine! We chose an assortment of hot and cold mezzes for 5 people to take away and I might as well tell you that it was more than generous, a real treat 😋

09/03/2026: Best bar in Courchevel. Great mix of drinks, food, games (best pool table for miles) and sport on TV. Friendly staff, and customers. Just a great place to be after (or instead of) skiing.

12/03/2026: Stay away from the oysters! We visited Cap Horn and ordered oysters as an appetizer. We got moderate food poisoning and had to vomit after the visit. The oysters didn't taste very good either, but we only realized later that the oysters were the cause.

01/03/2026: A small, very cozy restaurant where they even prepare the meat on a grill right there in the restaurant. We went there because of the good reviews. Reservations are absolutely essential. You can also make them online, but you have to leave a €50 deposit per person! The restaurant is therefore very busy. This was also reflected in the service: impersonal, rushed, and not very communicative. We had a Savoyarde fondue, which was extremely runny. The cheese and white wine didn't blend at all. The green salad was quite tasteless, and the accompanying bread often fell apart in the fondue. The ham was nothing special either. The red wine was too cold. We also had dessert and coffee. Before we had even finished the coffee, the bill was placed on the table WITHOUT us asking. So, for us, it's quite clear – we can do without it.

25/12/2025: Avoid at all costs!!! Disgusting. We ordered two poke bowls; the salmon was overcooked, my daughter didn't even eat it! We asked for a vegan poke bowl without a vegan patty, just a little salad, and she charged extra for two ridiculous lettuce leaves—unbelievable! She was dishonest, and I even spoke to the manager. Since she told me my negative review was very gratifying, I'm taking the liberty of writing it.

25/12/2025: Great spot in Courchevel 1850! Prix ta luge et tire toi is a top-notch place: friendly staff, quality equipment, and a super convivial après-ski atmosphere. Ideal for getting kitted out, enjoying a delicious snack, or having a drink with friends. A must-visit in the Forum area!

07/02/2026: It wasn't possible to order a portion of fries without ordering a main course. Appetizers alone weren't available either. We ordered before the kitchen closed, and five minutes later we were told the kitchen had already closed, even though it was clearly before then. We will definitely NOT be coming back!!!

23/03/2026: At 51, these are probably the best sandwiches of my life!!! Excellent bread, charcuterie, and cheese at a very reasonable price!!! Very friendly staff!!! I highly recommend it!!! There's a table outside for enjoying your meal!!!!

02/01/2026: New owner and new name, with a completely renovated shop. You'll still find the same focus on quality products: charcuterie, hams, fine cheeses, and of course, the ever-popular raclette sandwich 🙂 An establishment that retains its authenticity while embracing modernity. Just a word of advice to the new owner: pay attention to the quality of the bread, it's important.

03/02/2026: Pizza Regina , one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! Other pasta dishes Inc a gluten free dish were all good. Waitress was good but did try to hard to upsell me a magnum of wine. Biggest issue was lasagne which came very late, we had all finished our food so eventually we cancelled the lasagne and then it appeared, it was very good. On paying the bill the waitress asked if I would tip the team with a 10% service charge , normally I would, but sadly I did not tip. Really enjoyed the restaurant and hope you see my review as fair

31/12/2025: It’s an absolutely disgusting rip-off restaurant and I got sick from the Pizza which cost 40€ for a simple Margarita. I got so sick that I missed 3 days of ski. This restaurant should be investigated due to the lack of hygiène.

03/03/2026: We had a great experience at La Sivoliere. All the staff were very kind, warm, helpful and professional with a smile always on their face. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel home away from home. The service was perfect. The rooms were small but cozy and equipped with everything we need. The ski shop was great with always the great help of Antonio and Coralie. The Concierge team tried to accommodate all our requests with patience. The reception team were always ready for anything. Finally, all the shuttle drivers were super nice and real gentlemen. We will definitely go again there next year.

25/02/2026: ❗️Be careful when booking! Information about this room on the website does not match reality and is misleading. In fact, the Suite is significantly smaller than advertised and is not suitable for accommodating 4 people. The living area is extremely small: ❌ not enough space even for basic comfort ❌ no proper space for storing belongings ❌ impossible to move freely ❗️The actual conditions do not correspond to the stated room category. In addition, the real size and layout of the room do not match the photos on the website. The room looks much bigger online than it actually is this is misleading ❗️ The advertised view of the forest or mountains also does not match reality the view is restricted, and this is not mentioned anywhere ❌ ❗️It is important to note that we were not the only guests facing this issue — there were other guests at the reception who were also complaining and arguing about the same problem. I consider the information provided about the room to be misleading. ❗️If no solution is offered by the hotel, we will escalate this matter through the booking platform and relevant authorities, including seeking compensation. ❌ Overall, this was a very negative experience. I do not recommend.
