29/03/2024: Arrived on Saturday for a week of skiing with my friends, we ate local products! After a very (very) good raclette on Monday evening with quality cheese and charcuterie to knock your butt on the floor (sorry if your children read the Google comments), especially the one with wild garlic, we came back Tuesday lunchtime for a fondue! It was once again delicious, I ate so much that I declined an evening at the bar, my stomach being too full by the excellent cheese provided by the La Belle en Cuisse team (LBC for regulars, don't confuse with LeBonCoin). In addition to quality products, the team is very friendly! I recommend!

30/11/2024: Petit resto sympa en plein cœur de la station de Val Thorens, équipe sympa, serveur très agréable, l’accueil par la serveuse est excellent. La carte suffisante puisque que des produits locaux. Je recommande

26/11/2024: Super endroit pour profiter de la vue. Arrivé en pieton sous le soleil Équipe tres sympathique avec un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement !!!

01/04/2024: Overpriced burger Terribly average and expensive crozet /vegetable dish - a scam at €32 Lamb shoulder - awful presentation; massively over salted. Just plain awful But worst of all a refusal to provide freshly ground black pepper because apparently previous guests had made off with their pepper pots. Simple you idiots - just have the obstreperous and inflexible waiter bring the pepper to the table and grind it for the guest. This was yet again another dreadful meal and a dreadful experience in a terribly misconceived restaurant. If only Caseblanche would send the Meilleurs back to Sant Marcel. La Bouitte is wonderful so why can’t they get the bistro right?

29/03/2024: This is a wonderful restaurant A lovely relaxed and welcoming environment The dishes are stunning in there execution Can’t believe the chef is only 22 years old Having eaten at many Michelin restaurants over the years incl the fat duck and Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons I would choose this wonderful place over all of them. It is just a jewel Well done to you all

21/03/2024: We had some lovely food and wine in this charming restaurant just above Les Menuires. We had two false starts trying to find it, which meant that we were 30 minutes late, but it was well worth the extra schlep and time!

20/03/2024: Wir sind schon seit vielen Jahren Gäste des Hotels "Les 3 Vallees" und damit Gäste des Restaurants "Confidentiel", das zuletzt "Olympiski" hieß. Die Küche war bislang immer hervorragend, doch dieses Mal waren wir fast sprachlos: Der neue Küchenchef zauberte kreative, aber nicht verschnörkelte Gerichte, von denen schon viele Sterne-Niveau erreichten. So gab es z.B. als Vorspeise das inzwischen weit verbreitete 65-Grad Ei, aber auf Blattspinat in einer Maiscreme, als Hauptgang ein mit Rübchenscheiben garniertes Kabeljaufilet auf (schwarzem) Venere-Reis, der eingerahmt wurde von einer Pastinaken-Creme, und als Dessert ein Tartelett mit Tupfern von Pistaziencreme und Himbeeren. Das entscheidende war die perfekte Zubereitung. Zum Menü kann man aus 3 Vor-, 3 Haupt- und 8 Nachspeisen wählen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schließlich ist noch der sehr nette und aufmerksame Service zu erwähnen.

24/01/2024: Nous étions en demi-pension dans l'hôtel, nous avons donc profité du petit déjeuner et du dîner dans ce chouette restaurant. L'accueil y est sympathique et la restauration originale à découvrir. De notre côté nous avions de la peine à faire honneur aux 3 plats (entrée, plat, dessert) car les portions étaient parfois trop grandes mais à la montagne c'est peut-être ce que les clients attendent ! Cela dit, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Un petit bémol pour la soirée italienne qui n'était pas aussi gourmande que les autres soirs.

26/02/2024: Depuis le changement de propriétaire cet hôtel a perdu de sa superbe. Salle de restaurant vide, 1h d'attente pour être servis. Les pâtes à la norma sont des pâtes au beurre trop cuites. Nous avons retourné les plats tellement c'est une honte. A éviter

19/02/2024: En pleine saison attente de 40mn pour une entrecôte très cuite et pourtant demandée bleue et erreur de légumes servis avec le cheese burger…les clients ne sont pas contents et déjà deux tables de partis…lamentable pour un 5 étoiles
