11/02/2026: Lunch at the mall with my 10-year-old son today. We ate at two different restaurants located across the street from each other. I ordered a savory crepe for my son at Crêp'eat. The cashier categorically refused to let me sit with him at her table, claiming it was "his tray with his cutlery." Her only options were to get takeout or buy reusable cutlery. We were eating in, so I don't see why I should have to buy extra cutlery just to eat with my 10-year-old. Faced with this rigidity and complete lack of understanding, we had to eat separately, each at a different table in two different restaurants. I find this attitude unacceptable, and the service particularly cold and unaccommodating. A little common sense and consideration would have sufficed, especially when it involves a parent and child. First and last time at Crêp'eat in Claye-Souilly.

02/07/2025: Very good welcome and service. Good food but very disappointing dessert: unripe melon and hard strawberries. The whipped cream is not homemade. It's a shame but overall we had a good meal.

08/03/2026: I went there tonight with my family because it had been a long time. The quality has gone down; I found a hair stuck to the soy salad, the steam was tasteless, and the flavor isn't what it used to be. It's a shame; personally, I won't be going back.

01/03/2026: I'm writing this review after having dinner at this restaurant. Honestly, I wouldn't go back. I got food poisoning, the dishes had been on the buffet for a while, they were cold, and some were dry and tasteless. Aside from the reasonable price of €21.90, it's a shame because it's well located.

19/02/2026: I'm really disappointed; this is the first time anything like this has ever happened. I've been to quite a few Subways, but this one! I arrived, and the windows were filthy; it looked like children had been playing with them, spitting on them. An elderly person served me—I imagine it was the manager—wearing crumpled gloves, clearly trying to save money on them. He handled everything and anything with them, touching the bread and the food. I saw a tomato that had turned black, even though it was 11:00 AM. The price of the 30-cent sub was the same as everywhere else, but the contents... were practically empty. I could barely taste the filling. Other places have four slices of cheese, but he only gave me three, and the same for the other ingredients. I asked for napkins to wipe my sandwich, and he gave me a single piece of kitchen paper towel. I asked for a bag to take it home, and he put the sandwich in a regular bakery baguette bag. This is the first time I've seen anything like it; I forced myself to eat the sandwich because the whole thing disgusted me afterwards. I'll never go back and I won't recommend it to my friends and family.

02/02/2026: I've ordered pizzas here several times. They're very good, but I was disappointed on our last visit. After taking change from other customers, the restaurant owner didn't wash his hands and prepared my pizza right in front of me after handling the money. I won't be going back!
