22/03/2026: We spent four days there and it was a fantastic stay. From the bus that takes you to the airport, everything is top-notch. The hotel is magnificent, the view is impressive—perhaps a little less so if you're facing the other way. The heated pool is lovely, and the staff is very attentive from the very first moment, always smiling. They gave stickers to the children, and despite the number of guests, they maintained a high level of professionalism. The rooms were relatively clean, and the cleaning staff is very busy; you can see that immediately when you're in the hallways, which are also very clean. I don't know how they manage to do that all the time! :) In short, the hotel is very clean. Perhaps one drawback: I think the bathrooms are a little dated; there are no walk-in showers, only bathtubs. The furniture is also a little old and doesn't always work. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the park with a fantastic lake. So, what can I say about the buffet and restaurant? They're excellent (fish, seafood, meats, etc., and sides). There's something for everyone, and the breakfast is top-notch. You can tell it's a 4-star hotel in terms of service and food quality compared to the rest of the park, although I was quite surprised, given my memory of the food in the park, which was actually very good. We had dinner at the Hotel New York, which I highly recommend. However, I don't recommend the steakhouse outside; it's not really worth it, so you might as well stay at the hotel. Well done again to the hotel team! Despite the cold and rain, we had a fantastic stay with lots of memories, and we can't wait to go back. Just to clarify, we were two adults with two children, and we all came back with our heads full of memories and can't wait to return! Thanks again, and see you very soon!

10/01/2026: Very good but too expensive... we used to order regularly, but not anymore because the prices have kept going up. Unlike the competition, they don't offer any deals or promotions... discounts on certain weekdays, for example...

21/02/2026: The restaurant is beautifully themed, decorated in the Wild West style down to the smallest detail. The piano, the upholstered walls, the furniture—everything transports you back in time, making you feel like you're in a real Western. It's perfect for taking a break after a busy day at the park. It's ideal for enjoying a drink, a soft drink, or any cocktail, as they have a wide variety of beverages on their menu. I recommend trying the pizza made in the hotel's own oven. The service was impeccable, with special mention going to the waitresses Bea and Marie Julie, who demonstrated great professionalism, friendliness, a warm and personal touch, and attention to detail at all times. They ensured everything was perfect, and their positive attitude made it a highly recommended experience for those staying at the hotel or visiting the area. Definitely a place to return to. 12/03/2026: It's the Disneyland Paris restaurant inside the Santa Fe Hotel. Just like the hotel, the restaurant is inspired by Cars down to the smallest detail. It's beautiful and charming, with a large children's play area. We had half board, and for both breakfast and dinner, the service is a rich buffet, from hot to cold dishes, from starters to desserts, from meat to fish. You're sure to find something you like. The staff is incredibly kind; on all three evenings, they prepared something especially for my two-year-old daughter, who has a bit of a problem with eating. One of the cooks was incredibly kind, making her plain rice and even bringing her some stickers—she was truly adorable. The only flaw is the incredibly long line that reaches the lobby in the morning for breakfast, especially for those staying in a hotel. Standing in line for half an hour every morning to eat is mind-blowing. Even if the line moves quickly, you still waste about 40 minutes unless you're there at 7 am as soon as it opens. This is the only thing I would fix to make it truly perfect. For the rest, only compliments.
