20/02/2026: A fantastic discovery! La Palette restaurant is a true gem in the Île-de-France region. The dishes are flavorful, expertly prepared, and sophisticated, with wonderful flavor combinations that demonstrate genuine culinary expertise. Each plate is meticulously presented, both in terms of style and taste. Special mention goes to the incredibly kind service: welcoming, attentive, and truly warm. A place we absolutely love and highly recommend!

18/09/2025: An impromptu stop at this restaurant in Moret. The menu is short but full of surprises. Fusion cuisine is open to the world, yet unpretentious. Friendly service, lovely terrace. Set menu and daily specials.

14/02/2026: Excessive wait and an unpleasant surprise when the bill arrived. While patience is sometimes acceptable in a restaurant, waiting over an hour for your first crepe is unacceptable. Our meal lasted two hours in total, with far too long a wait, even though the waitresses were truly excellent and did their best. The real problem arose when it came time to pay: we were charged an extra €2. Instead of apologizing or checking, the man at the bar had the nerve to be condescending and lecture us. He wasn't even aware of their own online menu and preferred to blame us, claiming it wasn't up to date (even though the prices on the physical menu seemed identical). A serious lack of professionalism and customer service on his part that ruined everything. It's a real shame.

13/02/2026: What a disappointment! The savory buckwheat crepes were tasteless, sparsely filled, and tiny. As for the sweet crepes for dessert, they were like half a stretchy crepe. We certainly won't be back for another hefty bill. The crepe-making is pretty basic! The only positive point was the young waitress, who was very friendly and patient.

29/09/2025: I would have liked to share a review but after a while and asking 4 times for the drinks menu, we never got it! The waitress still asks us if we want food or drinks even though we already told her several times. So we left across the street where the order was taken in 5 minutes.

29/09/2025: We came at 1:45 pm for a drink and dessert with my partner. Five tables were taken. The waitress came to see us several times, forgetting to bring the menu after several requests. (She asked us four times what we wanted, but never received one.) We left the terrace after a 20-minute wait, without receiving a menu or any information about the drinks. The waitress was shaking and seemed drunk. Really unprofessional, and the owner kept to himself without caring about his customers. I wouldn't come back here.
