18/09/2025: A spontaneous stop at this restaurant in Moret. A short menu, but full of surprises. Fusion cuisine with global influences, but unpretentious. Pleasant service, lovely terrace. Set menu and daily specials.

17/08/2026: It had been a long time since we'd been there since the change of ownership, and we were very disappointed for my family birthday celebration. The wait was extremely long. We arrived at 12:30 PM (with a reservation), and our order wasn't taken until 1:15 PM, and even then, I had to keep calling! The appetizers took forever to arrive, not to mention the main courses. In short, we left around 2:15 PM without ordering dessert because there was no way we were going to wait who knows how much longer. The young waiter, who was as nice as could be, apologized at the end when we left, but it wasn't his fault. The gentleman (who took our payment) and the lady (who took our order) need to smile a little. We're in a business. Anyway. We definitely won't be going back, which is a shame. And the portion size was huge. I ordered an Italian crepe (burrata, coppa, arugula) based on a recommendation on the chalkboard. The meal was good, but two slices of coppa is stingy. Two more would have been nice. My wife had one with chorizo, which looked more substantial. My son had a Breton-style one with a fried egg on top, which wasn't runny at all.
