15/06/2026: I think the limited parking space says a lot about how popular it is 🤩 Although it's spacious inside, don't hesitate to make a reservation 😉 A warm welcome, fast service with helpful explanations, and even a touch of humor 😁 And truly mouthwatering dishes, as delicious as they are delicious!!! 🤩 Just one small complaint about the pre-made fries; there are other varieties available, or even the best of the best: homemade! 😝

09/08/2026: A profoundly unpleasant experience and completely unacceptable behavior. We came to this restaurant as a family with an 8-month-old baby. We've been regular customers since the previous owner took over. We ordered homemade lamb and prune tagine and two chicken, lemon, and olive tagines, along with a bottle of rosé. Usually, we always get small pickles as an appetizer. But for a good half hour, we received nothing at all until I pointed it out and politely asked if we could have the pickles we'd always been used to at this restaurant. Annoyed, they said yes. So we ordered the tagines. The lamb tagine was a standard tagine without any modifications. The chicken tagine was modified because the menu stated it contained onions. So again, we politely asked if it was possible to remove the onions from the chicken tagine. They said, "Of course, no problem, we'll take them." The chicken tagines, and to my surprise, there were onions in both! I pointed it out to the waiter or the owner, I don't know who it was, and I said, "We ordered chicken tagine with lemon and olives, without onions, and there are onions in both tagines." So I pointed it out, and the man was annoyed, really, really annoyed. "Oh, okay, fine, put us here, we're not at your service!" he said, really harshly. So we could see he was angry, so we let him do his thing. "Are you alright?" Then he took the tagines and asked if he would remove the onions or replace them. We had been told he would replace them, but he didn't. He just removed the onions that were on the surface. Then they started eating from their tagines and saw onions underneath. So I pointed it out again, and the man was practically insulting me. I politely told him, "Listen, there's no..." The problem is, sometimes you forget or get overwhelmed. The tagine in the dish had onions, and in the end, we were even afraid to give our plates back for fear he'd spit in them or do something really nasty to us because he was incredibly unpleasant and aggressive. So we kept the dishes. One of the people didn't eat their dish at all because they'd never eaten onions in their life. So we finished, and as we were leaving, he told us to get lost, to go away, and not to come back here, and started insulting us and many other insults, even making threats. I was this close to going to the police station to file a complaint. We were loyal customers, and we will never recommend this restaurant to our friends and family. On the contrary, since this incident, we've been talking about how people should never set foot in there again because the service is disgusting, and they insult and threaten the customers. What happened to us? I asked to speak to the owner, and one of them, by the way, insulted us, threatened us, and introduced himself as the owner of the restaurant. Before, it had been another owner. We knew the restaurant very well, and the previous owner was very, very kind, very helpful, very friendly, and everything you could want in a restaurant. But this new so-called owner, frankly, he's nothing like that. I told him, "Listen, your place isn't to be a waiter in a restaurant or to be in the kitchen giving orders, because that's really not where you belong." Long live the former owner, Hassan!

05/08/2026: We've been coming to Pedra Alta for every family birthday for the past 15 years. The quality has declined a bit in recent years: the seafood is overcooked or reheated, swimming with the fritters in oil at the bottom of the dish. But it's still tasty and plentiful.

04/08/2026: There were four of us for lunch this Sunday. We had barely arrived when we were asked if we had chosen our meal. Apparently, there were no assigned servers for the tables, and they weren't very motivated. We ordered a seafood platter, then two rib-eye steaks, specifying the meat afterward. After 25 minutes, the meat was brought to us, which we sent back. The platter finally arrived, then the rib-eye steaks, which the cook had set aside, came back completely overcooked and black. I suggested they remake them or that we pay for what we had eaten and leave. I don't know if it was beef or veal, but it wasn't tender... all this for over €200. We will never return.

10/07/2026: Honestly, it's pointless. The chicken isn't seared or grilled at all; it feels like it's been pre-cooked in water. Completely pointless. First and last time for me.

18/04/2026: The chicken is good. The side dishes are disappointing, but the managers are friendly. Give it a try and see for yourself.

15/07/2026: I'm very disappointed with my visit to Brioche Dorée in Pontault. The waiter wasn't very welcoming, and his manner of speaking was rude, in my opinion. He served my coffee in an annoying way; it was a bit dirty. I shouldn't have even gone!
