Luna Rossa restaurant is a superb discovery! As soon as you step inside, you're immersed in a warm and elegant atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a wonderful meal.
The dishes are delicious, generous, and bursting with flavor. You can feel the care taken with every detail. But what truly makes the difference is the welcome:
The servers are smiling and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Between the remarkable eloquence and professionalism of one, and the boundless kindness and warmth of the other (not to mention their excellent wine and beverage recommendations to help you fully appreciate the experience, and their tiramisu, which is simply WONDERFUL—honestly, the best I've ever had), the service is simply EXCEPTIONAL.
Between the cuisine, the ambiance, and the impeccable service, this is definitely an address to treasure. I will definitely go back!

29/04/2026: My partner, my son, and I were regular customers of Hippopotamus. We were very disappointed with the service today (April 29th).
We were seated with my partner and son and waited 45 minutes without being served. During this time, people who arrived after us were served before us.
The server did not come back to inform us about the status of our order or the estimated wait time. Faced with this lack of information and no idea when we would be served, we finally left the restaurant without eating.
This experience was particularly disappointing, especially since we were regular customers.

05/03/2026: Fantastic pool club! The atmosphere is truly excellent, friendly, and pleasant. It's the perfect place to spend a great time with friends or as a couple.
The manager is extremely friendly, always welcoming and available, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. You immediately feel at ease.
The tables are of very high quality, as is the equipment: the balls and cues are impeccable, allowing you to play in excellent conditions.
The club has 9 tables in a large room, with music always playing to create a great atmosphere. The opening hours are also a real plus: the club is open from Wednesday to Monday with very flexible hours, making it easy for everyone to come and play.
Honestly, an excellent place for pool enthusiasts or simply for a great evening. I recommend it 100%!

25/03/2026: Honestly, this restaurant doesn't deserve its current Google rating at all. It's quite baffling... The food is excellent, generous portions, and the prices are very reasonable.
Plus, the service was really pleasant, which made the experience even better.
Bonus: there's a great little playroom for kids, which is super convenient for families.
I highly recommend it!

Dinner on the terrace. Varied menu. Excellent hamburgers with perfect homemade fries.
Generous and high-quality desserts.
The service, provided by the manager on weekday evenings, is impeccable. An independent restaurant that deserves support after the Covid years.

There were two of us, and we both got sick.
The table next to us had children; I hope they're okay.
I strongly advise against going there.
This should be reported to the health department.

The chicken is good and served quickly if ordered that morning, the fries are crispy, and the spicy sauce (which we blend to fully appreciate its flavors) is nice and hot.
In short, it's well-priced.
Thanks to the team who work so hard to feed us at lunchtime.

20/03/2026: Following my visit to your Pontault-Combault location on Friday, March 20th, around 1 p.m., I was disappointed by the quality of service and the reception provided by a rather elderly woman who caused a significant flow of customers due to her lack of familiarity with the payment system and the malfunctioning card terminal.
This same woman's behavior drove away some customers. I had ordered a large coffee with cream and was served an espresso instead—blaming me for the mistake—and I had ordered a warm apple turnover, which was served piping hot, almost burning hot. When I pointed this out to the woman, she ignored me and sighed, as if I were bothering her.
This is not the first time I have encountered this type of situation with this woman. What brings me to this location is the friendliness of Rachid and Fadoua, whom I thank very much for their service and warm welcome. It's a real shame that this store is losing its image because of this employee who doesn't know the value of her customers.

Before, there were no problems with delivery times, but now, twice, I've waited two hours—yes, two hours—for my order (even though I order quite early, at 6:30 PM or 11:30 AM). When I call, I have to wait on hold for 15 minutes only to be told that the order will arrive in another 10-15 minutes. 😡😡
10/03/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's a really pleasant experience. I highly recommend it!

However, the service and friendliness need improvement!
We've been loyal customers for almost 10 years, coming 2 to 3 times a month, and we've never received a smile, a kind word for us or our children, and certainly not a small gesture of goodwill.
I find this very disappointing because it fosters loyalty and makes it nice to have those special interactions from time to time.

31/01/2026: The quality has dropped drastically compared to its beginnings. The service is deplorable, with insufficient staff. The quality of the sushi is at its lowest. The wok station is empty, and the dishes are mediocre. This restaurant is a mere shadow of its former self.
