24/10/2025: Attempted scam/deception: Under the pretext that they were 10-year-old children at the time of payment, the price announced for 3 kebabs was €48. Once inside the establishment, they called it a "joke" and said that it was better to "count"! Actual price: €24 for an adult, but €48 for a child/naive person. Outrageous method.

28/03/2026: It must have been 15 degrees Celsius in the restaurant, but even though we told the waitress it was cold, the radiators weren't turned on. We ate lunch in our coats.
Three pasta carbonara dishes and three soft drinks for over €50... and what can I say about the pasta carbonara? It wasn't anything special, and I even found hair at the bottom of my plate... disappointed to have wasted my money.

17/06/2026: Overall it's okay, but the service is slow, especially for takeaway orders; on the other hand, the till management isn't great (either they give incorrect change or try to charge me twice for the same order).
14/06/2026: I went to the McDonald's in Coty on a Sunday evening with my son.
The place was practically empty, so I don't understand the state of the establishment. Food was everywhere on the floor; a woman nearly tripped over a sign that had been lying on the ground for ages.
Three customers in the restaurant and eight in the kitchen—there's no valid excuse.
But what's truly awful is the cockroach right in front of the table where I was planning to seat my son.
I won't even mention the zero-level friendliness. This is a place where children eat; it's intolerable.

Avoid at all costs!

24/05/2026: I didn't want it to come to this, but I called to say what was wrong. The woman apologized, and I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She said he wasn't there, that she'd pass on the message, and that he'd never call me back. He did call me back, so I'm leaving a negative review. I ordered from them, and first of all, they don't respect orders. I ordered one meat kebab, one chicken kebab, and one meat kebab tortilla. She only gave me chicken. On top of that, the kebabs only had bread and meat, no sauce, no vegetables, and everything was dry. In the kids' menu, both burgers were burnt, the meat was inedible, the fries were cold, and there were no candies. I've always ordered from them, but since they changed owners, I'm extremely disappointed. The woman didn't even offer any compensation; she preferred to lose customers rather than react. In short, I'm disappointed and still waiting for a call from the manager.
12/05/2026: Inedible pizza with a sandy crust. They're thin, with little topping, and you're not satisfied. They messed up the order and even dared to pass off the junior size as a senior! But we got a senior size, and for €17, no less! First and last time I'll order from them. Aside from apologizing on the phone, they should at least offer us a refund. As a result, we threw everything in the bin (no joke). I'm writing this review a few hours later; I'm sick, I swear! If this is what happened to me... I strongly advise against going to this pizzeria, if you can even call it that!

08/11/2025: First and last order on Uber Eats. I ordered just one pizza! A small one, and it arrived burnt. Plus, the crust was incredibly thin, practically inedible. A real shame. I won't be ordering again… Very disappointed.

19/04/2026: My First impression was of getting on the wolf den, but after a minute I could see how everyone care for others and mind themselves. Where considerable number of guys were connecting everyone like on a unkown cool family.
A trip through all world's disco musics, topped up with the French classics for the closing up, more a less well played and connected.

05/02/2026: Super Kebab! The kebab was delicious, and the service was great; after I made a mistake in my order, they agreed to change it even though everything was already prepared. I highly recommend it!

10/04/2026: Stop serving alcohol to my sister. She's an alcoholic, okay, but there comes a point where bartenders have to refuse to serve alcohol to people who are endangering their lives. My sister is small with green eyes, she drinks a lot of white wine and doesn't eat much. She's about 60 years old, if you know who I'm talking about. Stop serving her all that alcohol; it's criminal.
13/02/2026: The saleswoman in the newsstand refused to top up my PCS card because I was using a translator on my phone. I consider this discrimination and a lack of respect.

20/02/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!!! The welcome was anything but warm!!! We had to wait to be seated! We were put in a corner and the service was slow!
I tried the shrimp twice; the first plate was sent back to the kitchen because the shrimp were burnt underneath and had a burnt taste. The second plate was slightly better, but the shrimp tasted like water, just like the salmon.
The roast pork was cold, but the sauce was good.
Out of four dishes, only the hamburger and the fries were decent.
Admittedly, I didn't pay for my meal because I complained loudly. But they won't be seeing me again!!!!!!

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment!
Friday, December 13th (evening): From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a table for two without a reservation wasn't very profitable for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our order without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (a rather illogical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... moreover, the ravioli were dried out from being microwaved, and the sauce was practically nonexistent. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter offered me a chocolate financier or a chocolate fondant in the "café douceur" (sweet coffee). Ultimately, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately sent back to the kitchen to be changed (at my request).
€65 for two people for a poor-quality meal, extremely amateurish and rushed service, the bill was exorbitant (much more than the cost of the food!). We'll be hesitant to return!
12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.
