10/07/2026: We had lunch at Bistrot Normand. Overall, the meal was pleasant and the service was adequate. However, the service seemed a bit slow. After the main course, we waited about 20 minutes before the rest of the meal arrived. I ordered a Welsh Royal, but I was disappointed with its preparation. The cheese wasn't properly melted and had a lot of lumps inside, which detracted from the quality of the dish. I mentioned this to the manager, who told me it was due to the cheese. He seemed to be already aware of this issue. Despite these negative points, the experience was still generally satisfactory, although improvements would be appreciated regarding the speed of service and the quality of the Welsh Royal.

04/08/2026: I came with a friend for lunch. My orders were fine except for the muffin, which wasn't cooked inside (it wasn't a gooey center...). My friend ordered the creamy bagel with pork inside, but the owner gave her a different one without explaining. Paying so much for not getting what you ordered... Then the iced tea was lukewarm. It just seems like they don't know their menu, which is a real shame. The service was cold compared to the iced tea... A shame for a place like this...

20/07/2026: Very disappointed. The Squishmallows poster is still in the window, my daughter was so excited, but once inside we were told they were gone. Please remove them if the offer ends today, July 20, 2026, so as not to disappoint the children. 😞

10/07/2026: I'm willing to pay €16 for a meal deal, which is way too expensive to begin with, but I'll overlook it! However, serving me medium or even small fries instead of a large one is simply outrageous.

17/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looking for a truly authentic espresso, I had the pleasure of receiving expert advice from the charming lady who greeted us with a lovely smile. She suggested a coffee that perfectly matched my expectations: an Italian coffee. Delicately accompanied by a glass of chilled water and a square of chocolate, this espresso was of exceptional quality. A real treat. I was pleasantly surprised by the shop's evolution; it's now brighter, more elegant, and more welcoming than during my previous visit a few years ago. The furnishings create a particularly warm and refined atmosphere, with comfortable seating. A wide selection of coffees, teas, chocolates, fruit jellies, and marshmallows is showcased in this open-air shop. A very courteous welcome and impeccable service. I recommend this place for the enjoyment of good coffee lovers.

19/08/2026: The food quality was excellent, no complaints there. However, their time management and customer service need improvement. My order was given a 30-minute wait, and after 30 minutes, I arrived to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready yet. I waited, knowing it was busy, so it's understandable that I was kept waiting another 5-10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, and a delay is understandable, but take responsibility and inform people beforehand instead of letting them get impatient. In total, I waited an hour. If I had known the wait time, I would have gone somewhere else that day, but I would have come back another time. I won't be returning; that was the last time.

13/05/2026: I ordered a decaf coffee, but it turned out to be just leftover coffee, for which I paid €2.70. The person serving seemed a bit confused. It's a shame, as I often go there for coffee.

26/07/2026: The pizzeria I usually order from was closed, so I tried ordering from Peperoni again. Even more disappointed than last time, truly pathetic considering the price.

11/07/2026: I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option. It's unacceptable to hand out the trays without bags and just dump them on the floor like dogs, with the trays completely crushed. And when you call, they don't care and say it's because of the heat, LOL! Disgusting meal. Paying for an order like that? No thanks. I'll never order again!

20/05/2026: The choux pastries are excellent (cream-filled choux pastries in various flavors: vanilla, pistachio, strawberry, etc.) 😋 And the marbled chocolate baka brioche is delicious and fluffy.

09/02/2026: I went there for a "zero-waste" basket, a basket worth €12 but costing €5.99. I got three traditional loaves and two mini individual quiches. Are you kidding me? After eating this fabulous basket, I thank you for not being too generous. Indeed, the bread isn't great; I buy much better for less than €1.30 (from the artisan baker near my house). The quiches were terrible, and I assure you, I won't be back. Luckily, I didn't pay the full price. Anyway, happy selling!

24/05/2026: I was a regular at this kebab shop for a long time, always receiving a warm welcome. Unfortunately, another one opened next door, much better served with homemade fries and more meat. When I mentioned it, it was very poorly received, which is a shame. I wish them continued success.

10/05/2026: Hello, we ordered from Uber Eats and there were hairs in our order. We asked for help, as written, and were told they were sorry but couldn't refund the order because, according to them, they've made too many refunds. After checking, the last order where we had a problem was on January 23rd and it was with G la Dale, so there's no connection with Ada Kebab. Furthermore, we only got a €7 refund on the order because something was missing. I'm an honest person, I don't see why we should get a refund if there's no problem, except that, according to them, we can eat hairs, it's not a big deal. I find it really unfortunate on their part, especially since we go there regularly!

18/05/2026: An excellent restaurant from every angle. The only problem is the filthy people who live next door at number 62 rue Dauphine. These people have absolutely no hygiene and can't even be bothered to take out their trash on time, like everyone else who lives in the stench of their garbage. This has caused harm to our wonderful restaurant and the entire neighborhood on rue Dauphine, which has lost all its charm since this kind of human energy arrived. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

21/02/2026: Back after three years at this restaurant. The decor hasn't changed, still bland, tables cluttered with equipment. A plus today was the pleasant background music, evoking a touch of sunny holidays. The service was adequate, the two planters punches we had as an aperitif were well-made and very good, the dishes were simply presented but tasty, truly a taste of the islands. A chef and a waiter (father and son) managed the service calmly without rushing us. Certainly, don't judge a book by its exterior and interior decor, but what matters is that the food is good, and that's what's essential.
