17/02/2026: I'm not a regular customer, but a few weeks ago, I had no complaints; it was decent and good, with a fair price. So I decided to go back. I placed my order directly on the spot, and that's when I noticed the second person had come in from outside, hadn't washed their hands, was touching the meat directly with their bare hands, scratching their ears a little, and coughing over it. (It was kebab meat, already cut and therefore heated on the griddle.) To reassure myself, I thought maybe I hadn't seen them wash their hands when they came in, but of course not! The handwashing station provided was as dry as the desert. 😂

01/01/2026: The kebab was very salty, the turkey meat was very mild, and there was very little red cabbage, even though I asked for it. We won't be going back.

27/12/2025: Exceptional restaurant. Right on the edge of our neighborhood. This restaurant isn't in the city center/lower town, which is quite rare. We've been there several times. Never disappointed. We received a very warm welcome, and I want to emphasize that. The staff is fantastic, very kind, and welcoming. The food is excellent; we always have a very pleasant time there.

23/12/2025: I stopped by this place for lunch with a colleague, and we weren't disappointed! The staff is very friendly, the food is good, and the price isn't excessive. Thank you for the meal, we'll be back!

05/12/2025: We ate at this restaurant on December 5, 2025. The food is very good, everything is homemade, and it shows. The portions are generous. The staff is attentive and checks in on you. I really liked the restaurant's unique atmosphere. My only regret is not having ordered dessert, but otherwise, I have no complaints and highly recommend it. I had a starter of rabbit terrine with mango compote, which was delicious, and for my main course, grilled ham with fries and ratatouille. The fries were crispy, and the ratatouille was well-prepared and perfectly seasoned. The prices are reasonable for the quality. The restaurant was full when we arrived, which is a good sign.

11/02/2026: Avoid this place for ice cream!! Oreo McFlurry Really disappointed... my partner and I got an ice cream, but it wasn't really ice cream at all! There wasn't much inside. I hope it won't always be like this!!

17/01/2026: A few weeks ago we had strawberry milkshakes, and they weren't the same as usual—stronger in flavor and less refreshing. I got sick within the hour. Today we're back, but we're hesitant. I'd never tried the coffee flavor before, and I found it really strong, but since I'm not used to it, I drank it. My daughter, who had already had them at your place, tried hers, and it wasn't the same as usual. She didn't drink it, and I got sick within 30 minutes. We won't be coming back. There's a real problem, at least with the milkshakes.

02/12/2025: A very good, traditional restaurant. I came as part of a gift voucher and I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

12/10/2025: I don't recommend it at all. The accounting system is on the first table, a power strip hanging from the counter, tablecloths and placemats on our bench. The second room isn't bad, with a microwave on the central table, a stepladder against a wall, a cooking appliance on another table, and a drill... in short, a restaurant or a construction site? Half the dishes can't be served because they don't have the ingredients, the microwave works harder than the kitchen utensils, the vegetable fritters were overfried, the dishes were bland with extra-tough shrimp and beef (reheated frozen???), and the desserts were industrial, I think. To pay, you have to wait for the EFT to connect to your phone, a 10-minute wait. In short, you shouldn't go there to eat well; it's not possible, but if you want to see unreal "Kitchen Nightmare"-type experiences, you have to go for it.

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment! On Friday, December 13th (evening), as soon as we arrived, we understood that a table of two people without a reservation wasn't very attractive to the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a server came to take our orders without even offering an appetizer. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (not a very logical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... what's more, the ravioli had dried out from the microwave and the sauce was almost nonexistent. When it came time to take my dessert order, the server told me I'd have a chocolate financier or a chocolate moelleux in the "sweet coffee." Finally, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately returned to the kitchen to be replaced (at my request). €65 for two people for a poor-quality dish, with very amateurish service and quickly delivered. The bill was steep (much steeper than the food itself!). We will hesitate to set foot there again!

12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

21/12/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly delightful welcome. The young woman who served us, wearing lovely jewelry, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Although closing time was approaching, she took the time to serve us cappuccinos, recommending the speculoos one: excellent, truly delicious speculoos cappuccinos. The staff is pleasant, they give you time to relax, and the setting is clean and inviting. A very pleasant place to stop, have a drink, and chat quietly, especially before or after an important meeting, or to arrange a get-together.
