15/03/2024: Deplorable service, more than an hour of waiting, the manager walks past many times without coming to see us and spends his time giving orders to the employees but he does nothing. The good life for those responsible I am talking about the graying and strong gentleman with glasses. I feel sorry for his employees.

10/03/2024: Hello everyone Normally when I go to McDonald's it's to eat good fries and drink a Coke with ice cubes but in this restaurant it's regrettable the fries aren't hot, the Coke without ice cubes, sorry, what is this service? The quality of service at Mac do is deteriorating. Jp

02/04/2024: A large selection of delicious food, it comes out to about 30 € per person with a drink. The only thing I didn't like was the queue at the entrance and in the toilet, as well as the institution being very noisy

31/03/2024: Currently in the Quick, taken the new menu xl onion crispy chicken... ho surprise there arrives a child size burger with nothing in it even the salad leaf is a micro piece that you have to look for!! And when we go to ask at the checkout the girl says nothing more and the colleague replies that for a child it's okay. YES except that it's not in the child menu and not specified!! And there is no large equivalent so we are supposed to assume that it is the correct size. Especially for menu xl!!!! In the vegetable gardens, the cheese sauce is also rationed, in short NIL and it's not the first time but it will be the last. A word of advice, the one from Créteil is very good

25/03/2024: I hadn't had any problems until yesterday. Food poisoning shopping result for my friend and me. It's not what it used to be, move on.

25/03/2024: We went 2 days ago, me and my girlfriend. I vomited and she has diarrhea. Don't go there, favor Rosny, I don't recommend it at all, the beef and cheese are blue... I'm not saying that to push it, I'm still sick and have vomited since it's been impossible to eat, I'm drinking lots of water. Run awayzzzz!!!!

04/04/2024: We came during Ramadan in fact if you want to have iftar at their place plan 1 to 2 hours in advance otherwise you will have to wait in front of the door for hours before being able to sit down knowing that people are coming in and you passes without any problem. The waiters are rude and forget the smallest thing you can ask them. After 1 hour of waiting to eat we were placed at a table where there was no salt, pepper, water or anything after asking hundreds of times to have water we ended up having it the same for the salt plus the wait between the starters and the main course was endless all this so that the dishes arrived cold which is clearly SHAMEFUL! I gave one star because at least the food is good but honestly with service and an attitude like that with customers we won't come back.

05/04/2024: I don't leave negative reviews but enough is enough! The McDonald’s in Saint Ouen taught me to hate McDonald’s! Since I live in Saint Ouen I have had to order on Uber, because there is a bit of a market to arrive at my home! With each order something is missing! If it's not an oversight or I receive a totally different order than the things I didn't order! Fries bordering on stale, sandwiches poorly assembled! Nuggets last 😂 knowing that when your online order is more expensive, a menu for €9 on site increases to €14-15! (last order to date, I asked for strawberry water and I received lemon water + plus a sandwich with dry meat) There is a real problem with delivery orders! And it’s been the same for 2 years! It is unacceptable to order and still have a problem! Is this a commercial strategy?

04/04/2024: I am asking for this restaurant to be closed, I haven't been back for 6 years now, so much the better for me, the quality of the sandwiches are mediocre, McDonald's is just a money chain, you might as well make a good sandwich yourself or dishes holier than this horrible thing, I hope that there will be hygiene inspectors who will visit their homes and we will perhaps see who laughs the least, some advice, buy kebabs or a sandwich from the baker, it's frankly better than this infamous recycling center that McDonald's offers I hope from the bottom of my heart that they close I understand people's opinions on McDonald's
