Had to ask to change from dine in to take out.
The employee gave me the order, the cofee i asked was leaking all over.
The organisation is to be revised.

05/04/2024: The security guard who hands over the orders knows nothing about it (normally he is a security guard) and what's more, he grabs the cups from the inside with his fingers. Hygiene and service more than deplorable. To flee urgently. Put 1 star because I couldn't give 0 unfortunately.
04/04/2024: 30 minutes to wait for a menu at 10:30 p.m. when there is no one there, dirty restaurant.

05/04/2024: We stopped by today for lunch. Very friendly and helpful team. We shared a great time as a family. Thanks to SOURAYA who welcomed us with a big smile and took time for us. Impeccable and efficient table service despite the crowds. Thanks also to his manager CHERIFA!

Missing 2 desserts from the happy meal menus and I received books instead of toys to order.
Let’s not talk about the sauces…. And I also ordered a big tasty best of menu we all received (the size of a happy meal).
So call the McDonald's to warn them of their failure, the lady who is laughing with the colleges behind, making fun of the person on the phone. Who doesn't understand anything about the customer's request and yet we have repeated the problem several times which at one point even hangs up on us.
Catastrophic!!!!!!!!

04/04/2024: Not a single order without errors on their part at each of my visits I'm always missing an element sometimes it's just a boring little sauce but it doesn't matter this evening it's definitely the fries which I frankly miss this McDonald's avoid favoring the one next to the A103!!!
30/03/2024: Just this 30/03/2024 we are passing by the Rosny Golf Macdo for a short stop. We were served by a very jovial young man with long hair. He was in our care despite the world around us. We are not particularly a fan of the brand but perhaps with staff like him and better quality from Macdo France we will come back more easily.

30/03/2024: Overall everything went well served quite quickly. The order was complete, the staff friendly.
16/03/2024: Visited a few days ago, I reported to the person at the cash register that my burger was not the right one. I wanted a giant bacon and I received the cheese version (cold since it was kindly waiting in the rail before I ordered it). The person at the cash register used a fork to dig into my burger to show me the famous bacon to no avail then ended up explaining to me that it was probably between the steaks (there was nothing between the steaks) ... As a result, I don't have what I ordered and they don't do anything to help me.
I will never set foot in this place again and I invite you to go to the KFC next door or to the McDonald's 5 minutes away if you don't want to be disappointed.
