29/03/2026: Nice place, the service is excellent, the waitresses are always smiling, the food is extremely good, a little bonus for the 7miss (a local specialty), the portions are more than enough and the prices are very low for the quality of the products, I recommend this place

18/01/2026: The waitress has no humanity and is especially haughty and aggressive in her way of speaking. She doesn't even say hello and looks at you as if you're not welcome. I've never seen anything like it in my life. This waitress doesn't like her job.

A very warm and professional welcome. The hosts are truly welcoming. The room is lovely, clean, and spotless. The metro is right next door, which is very convenient.
The breakfast is also excellent. Having stayed here, I plan to return and book again. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service. Thank you to the staff for their kindness.

04/11/2025: A warm, welcoming atmosphere imported from Portugal. Sunday lunchtimes are packed with families enjoying typical Portuguese dishes. The set menu is generous, simple, and delicious: starter, main course, dessert, and a quarter-liter of wine. The staff is incredibly attentive. Always happy to return.

09/02/2026: No one at reception, I had to wait 10 minutes for them to open the door because it was broken from the start—it's a ghetto.
Then there was the owner, the oldest one, I think. I went to work because I booked two nights. My girlfriend came home a little drunk but conscious; she's claustrophobic. She asked the person in charge of the rooms to take her in the elevator to the 4th floor, nothing malicious. This person touched my girlfriend and repeatedly forced her to kiss him. He continued to follow her into the room. Run, I mean really run! I went into the room that evening. She had written me a letter because she was so scared to tell me and was in total stress. Run, run, run! Pay more to go somewhere else, but don't go there.

08/09/2024: Perfect place to see friends after work. There is a good atmosphere. On the other hand, the staff is quite cold (hence the 3 stars), but the clientele is rather jovial (so it saves the furniture) and the pizzas are stuffed with cheese, too much cheese... Nevertheless, the burgers were much appreciated.
16/08/2024: Very nice, affordable prices. By the canal or in the garage = perfect atmosphere!

21/09/2024: Déçue ! Burger au poulet servi froids. La serveuse me l'a fait rechauffer mais après, le pain était tout sec. Le poulet était sous forme de boulettes, pas pratique à manger pour un burger. Les frites étaient faites maison, elles relevaient le niveau mais servies tiède limite froid.
Cher (18€ le burger et les frites) et pas bon !
Seuls points positifs : nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec serveuse et serveur sympathiques, et une belle vue sur le canal de l'Ourcq. C'est tout !
09/08/2024: Ne surtout pas y aller!! Mauvais accompagnement pris frite à la place de purée (frite froide ) viande avec arrière guout et elastique Aucune Qualité de produit. On devais nous apporter la purée jamais vu et en plus de ça on n'a pas le droit d exprimer notre mécontentement car la gérante hyper désagréable excuse forcé qui tirait la tete comme si on dérangeais et ajout d'une entree pas eu à notre facture. Commande coca zero on nous apporte des rouge et la serveuse ment en nous disant qu'on a dit rouge je sais encore ce que je dis service nul, produit nul et aucun geste commercial fait

Certes le prix est pas cher , mais les ingrédients sont vraiment pas bon .
J’ai commandé un soufflet deux viande poulet viande haché , tout est industriel aucun goût ni de la viande ni du poulet , poulet conserve découpé en dés.
La pâte est trop épaisse.
Première et dernière fois .
