08/01/2026: 9 PM, no response even though it says 10 PM on the site. I was hungry, I'll look elsewhere.

23/03/2026: We couldn't request an extra chair… it was impossible to accommodate my brother's need, as he has a leg immobilized… to top it all off, there were over 30 chairs available inside, but no… the establishment refused to grant our request… Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We were told to find another restaurant… very disappointed!!

23/03/2026: We had reserved a table for four people, and one of us was wearing a leg brace due to a torn ACL. So we asked for an extra chair so he could rest his leg, and they simply refused. No other solutions were offered, just a flat refusal: we either accepted it or left. So we left. I didn't have time to try the pizzas, so I won't comment on that.

31/10/2025: We went there for afternoon tea. The bissap was really lacking in sugar and the hot chocolate was lukewarm, served only halfway in the cup. A shame, because the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with games available for children and adults.

25/09/2025: A good experience for a first visit. Friendly staff, we chose the vegetarian bowls and enjoyed them, the desserts were very good and the vegetable cappuccino was delicious 😋 The room is bright and well decorated. Good value for money. Thank you 😉

10/11/2025: The staff in the aisles were unfriendly, boxes were lying around on the floor, we stepped on them, but nobody moved them. The person at the yogurt counter saw me pushing boxes across the floor to get through. It was 8:45 am. I understand that I was alone and didn't have time, but a minimum of politeness would have been appreciated. Not a hello, not a "sorry," not even a "excuse me, I'm just pushing the boxes to get through." The atmosphere was very cold when you entered the store, except for the cashiers who at least said hello. Sixteen months after the store opened, I came back, but given the atmosphere and lack of politeness, it will remain a convenient place to shop.

24/10/2025: I'll only talk about my experience at the drive-thru, which I pick up every two weeks: The two drivers are great, smiling, always in a good mood...it was about time!!
