She greets you with a look that says both "welcome to my place" and "we don't take ourselves too seriously here." A rare balance, truly admirable. Her spritzes are impeccable—perfectly fresh, perfectly balanced, served with the precision of someone who doesn't have time to waste on amateurs. And it shows. They're delicious.
