05/09/2026: The food wasn't fresh and there was no change; the fries were hard and the chicken was definitely not fresh.

29/08/2026: I would like to revisit my experience from Friday, August 28th, around 7:00 PM, because despite speaking with a manager and an employee who seemed to have some responsibility, I felt that my comments were completely ignored. I ordered several meals at the kiosk, including ice cream. I readily admit my mistake: I hadn't selected the option to pick up the desserts later. When I went to collect my tray, I saw that the ice cream had already been served and simply stated that I would have preferred to have it after my meal. The employee, who was wearing a white shirt, offered no friendly explanation, no suggestions, just a cold attitude that made it clear that "that's just how it is." I then noticed that the ice cream was served in small coffee/espresso cups, which I found unethical. Despite my insistence, the employee finally went to remake them... without a word, without an explanation, without even telling me what she intended to do. I then pointed out to him that, since he was remaking them, he could simply have waited until the end of our meal! His solution? Put the ice creams in the freezer while we ate. I found his logic quite surprising. At the end of the meal, I naturally asked for them to be remade. They were, again in complete silence: not a word, not a smile, nothing. I then asked another employee for a bag of peanuts. He politely went to get it, before being abruptly stopped by his colleague in front of me: "No, that's not included with this ice cream!" I immediately offered to pay extra. The answer: no. Beyond the bag of peanuts, it was mainly the way he handled things that bothered me: curtly reprimanding his colleague in front of the customers and making me feel, myself, put in my place in public. I finally asked to speak to a manager, and even then, I had to insist. Unfortunately, the exchange only confirmed my impression: rather than acknowledging that there was clearly a problem with customer communication, I was implicitly told that it was all normal. So much for hospitality and service, a minimum of courtesy, communication, and professionalism. Apparently, that was too much to ask that evening. In short: a small mistake on my part when ordering, which could have been resolved in 30 seconds with a smile and a little common sense, turned into an unpleasant experience solely because of the attitude of a rigid, cold employee. A very bad experience.

14/07/2026: A €20.50 pizza on Uber Eats with exorbitant service fees. Especially since the pizza is tiny despite the €2.50 surcharge, and the presentation is really poor compared to the photos. Avoid this place; at this price, it's bordering on ridiculous.

07/07/2026: It's a shame the certification has changed on the chicken cutlets and drumsticks in 2.5 kg packs... it used to be AVS certified. Now it's some unknown stuff with chicken from Romania/Poland. The price is okay, though. But if the certification is questionable, I'll go elsewhere. Otherwise, it's fine overall.

08/08/2026: Online order placed and delivered on time! It was good and quite filling. I recommend Planète Pizza for the quality of their products (Achahada certified meat).

03/08/2026: I'll let you see the vegetarian pizza I received, which is supposed to have peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc. Frankly, it's a shame because the quality is getting worse and worse, and every time, the ingredients advertised on the poster are never actually on the pizza.

09/07/2026: This is no longer a Domino's Pizza at all. The pizza boxes don't even have the chain's name on them. The ingredients aren't the same as in the original recipes. The HACCP standards are disastrous, and there's absolutely no hygiene. The price is outrageous and completely unjustified. The quality of the pizzas is far inferior to what it was over a year ago. The delivery drivers don't have company vehicles and have to use their own. Everything suggests that this place has changed ownership and that no rules have been followed for almost a year. Domino's, please take action!

25/05/2026: Superb, the best Pizza Time in the Île-de-France region, and believe me, I've been to a lot of them!

16/06/2026: I've placed several delivery orders. Super fast delivery. Arrived piping hot. The portions are generous for a delivery service, which is rare. And what can I say about the quality of the food? It's excellent. And every time I order, they add little snacks. I recommend this restaurant 1000%!

19/05/2026: Avoid this place at all costs; the welcome is unfriendly, to put it simply, and the food has no taste. Everything was bland.
