30/09/2023: We are just leaving this place, where this is the second time we have been there. The cuisine is just magnificently excellent. It's clean, it's fresh, it's perfect. I highly recommend. And I'll come back next season

10/05/2024: A real restaurant! Not a seaside tourist trap. The food is great, fresh produce, attentive service. We will return there this evening for a real culinary pleasure.
30/04/2024: We stopped by chance while taking a walk at the port of Bormes Les Mimosas, and chance worked out well because we had a great time. My husband had the fish of the day, I had a delicious seafood sauerkraut, and for the little ones, a children's menu and a plate of mussels marinière. Everyone feasted! The setting is magnificent and the service very pleasant.

01/08/2023: I see that criticism falls as easily as rain in our country. (We come from the north)...
For my part, I find that it is a very nice little restaurant with very good home cooking... perhaps not much choice on the menu but sufficient. Before we settled in we noticed it and it didn't bother us otherwise we wouldn't have stopped to eat.
A very friendly waitress with a very adorable little boy.
We will return without worry if only for the welcome that is reserved.

26/09/2023: A little disappointed, with my quality of the plate, brasserie aioli and rubbery dry ingredients, a shame because the staff is top notch but the boss should review this cooking because it doesn't deserve the price... a shame once but not twice for one nice location like this

28/03/2024: Good value for money in this small hotel and we come back every year with the hiking club. Good location next to the beach, there is room for the car and the restaurant is nice without being exceptional.

27/04/2024: We spent a weekend in Bormes les Mimosas and not really knowing where to eat, we were advised to have lunch at the Hibiscus. We discovered a pretty sun-drenched terrace in the old center of Bormes. The staff was very welcoming, the waitress Mila gave us very good advice as we enjoyed dishes made from fresh produce. Thank you for this moment and the visiting advice that you gave us. See you soon 😊
