02/04/2024: Store which has lost a lot in quality and increased its prices a lot, staff are down, and above all we feel they are dissatisfied, no bags for frozen food in the store, (the basics anyway), security guard who is angry about welcome you at the entrance, automatic cash registers everywhere except one, a good point for the catering always equal to itself, toilets and store not very clean unlike before, I am disappointed. And finally, I buy 12 glasses, I arrive home and in 1 box of 6 there are only 5 glasses!!!!!!!!!!!! 😵💫

Service too fast, we barely have time to drink an aperitif when they already want to take the order to send it out.. the pizzas are better delivered than on site, to believe it's not the same cook..

01/04/2024: Edit of 1/4/24: lunch on the closed pergola (for climatic reasons). Quite noisy atmosphere. The service is very friendly but it doesn't follow in the kitchen ‼️ 1 hour wait for the starter is a lot.
Refined, tasty and aesthetic cuisine but the plate remains expensive.
Otherwise the view is impeccable.
30/03/2024: I only tasted breakfast. Truly excellent! Croissant and hot chocolate bread, very good. The hot chocolate is excellent too. 13€ per person is reasonable. I recommend going there. Very beautiful view.

05/04/2024: Passing through Saint-Raphaël, we stopped at this restaurant seeing that there were people there, what can we say first of all, we felt like a restaurant that attracts customers, we see competent, dynamic staff but too much while 'we are outside the holiday period, we serve you quickly and we clear you quickly to make room for the next customers, but the disappointment was mainly in the dish, frozen John Dory fish with a rubbery consistency, vegetables frozen as an accompaniment, I didn't enjoy it at all, really disappointed for a seaside restaurant, a shame because the decor is nice
05/04/2024: Run away! On arrival it's limited if anyone says hello to us.
Eat quickly to leave quickly, must be their motto. It's April and it feels like it's already the end of August...
When we ask if it's fresh fish we're probably told yes. Unfortunately only frozen, St Pierre fish is rubbery, tasteless and curled up. Neon green vegetables, obviously frozen.
The waitress is efficient but quickly seems annoyed at the slightest question or if we haven't chosen our dish quickly enough.
Overall very disappointed

05/04/2024: Hello, I placed an order via Uber today and to be honest, I work in catering myself. Given the many problems with this delivery (delay, even though I had paid extra to be delivered quickly, temperature of all the hot products, melted ice cream, absence of products, product error) I certainly would not have acted as uber in terms of reaction! I indeed consider that the €6.16 that they generously offered me is compensation, if not insufficient, in any case very petty.
As I told you, working in catering, I am lenient about the errors, problems, delays and rush that we may encounter. Where I am intractable is on how to manage crises by avoiding responsibility, and inevitably causing customer frustration and dissatisfaction. Of which act.
PS: I am attaching this opinion, without having yet received feedback from the restaurant itself, and the way in which it will handle these incidents. I will be sure to modify my post if necessary. In the meantime, for my part, and for what my advice is worth, I will no longer use Uber or Burger King Frejus. 🤔‼️
PS2: I received the response from the restaurant which does not take responsibility for the missing products. He asks me to contact Uber (well let’s see!) and promises to “amaze me next time” 😂 What next time guys?? Distressing!!!
I therefore confirm everything I said before and I remove a star. RUN AWAY !

31/03/2024: Welcome from the parking lot with a great valet...then when we arrive at the restaurant the attentive staff seats us in a cozy, warm, very well appointed room...the trendy Italian cuisine is very well presented. The dish of the day, seasonal, for this Easter Sunday, a very good leg of lamb with a mash and delicious vegetables... the waiters always take care... three of us got it for €101 with glasses of wine, dessert for one person..I recommend

06/04/2024: Large amusement park, very nice, so two big problems the toilets are paying and not clean and the parking is hell, a minefield for the rest very good evenings with family or friends.
19/03/2024: The only positive thing is a big park and lots of attractions.
Everything else is negative:
-the parking lot is a minefield (be careful of lowered cars) and a dump full of rats.
-the food is disgusting and overpriced.
-questionable attraction in terms of security.
- if you plan to win stuffed animals with the pliers it's dead. They have tampered with the pliers so that you win nothing.
-the price of the attractions is pure theft.
Between 5 and 10 balls!
-paid toilets (if you can call them toilets eh..)
In short, this park, like all parks in the south, are simple tourist traps.
