23/03/2024: As a neighbor, I had lunch this afternoon on the sunny terrace: Hearty and tasty dish (daube with dried ink and homemade chocolate mousse). Excellent value for money, thank you very much, I had a very pleasant time
22/03/2024: Restaurant to absolutely discover. We have been eating there for several years. Always the same friendly welcome and delicious dishes.

Une assiette de charcuterie pour l’entrée … Un plat de jambon cru nous a été servie.
Oublié nos verres de vin ainsi que de l’eau..
Très déçu, après concertation avec nos voisins de table, ils ont eu le même ressenti que nous !
Je ne conseille pas ce restaurant !!!!

25/05/2024: A great discovery! Hidden at the top of Carqueiranne, this pretty restaurant has some lovely surprises in store for you: a magnificent view, a very warm welcome and service and excellent, generous cuisine. The Provençal hole is very nice.

14/05/2024: This dear Paillote doesn't look like much, but fortunately one of my excellent colleagues from Nice Matin warmly recommended this restaurant to me.
If the service is slow, he makes up for it with his welcome and kindness. The cuisine is not good: it is superb! In ten minutes I found myself in the kingdom of Buddha with its smells and its art of living.
With my friend who, like me, has been to this Asian paradise more than thirty times, I was happy to discover this very nice temple of Thai cuisine.
20/04/2024: La paillote is a superb restaurant, as soon as you pass through the door, you arrive in a welcoming and warm place. The cuisine is simply splendid offering new flavors to taste. Thank you for these many fried rice with shrimp, always delicious 😉

01/06/2024: I highly recommend, we went to this restaurant at the beginning of October, there were still people there, for the end of the season. The food is very good, I recommend the octopus risotto, you will have a surprise when the plate arrives (I didn't expect to have the whole octopus), a surprise when tasting it.
The desserts are also very good, try the peanut one, a marvel.
Thanks to the cooks and the service. Perfect.

27/05/2024: Great atmosphere, delicious food and the service was very friendly. I highly recommend it. They were also very friendly to our children. Took extra time for her and let her pet a lobster. The dogs were also allowed in and were given something to drink straight away, as if it were a given.

25/05/2024: Le personnel est très gentil, l’endroit est très joli, mais un peu cher pour la qualité de la cuisine et une organisation pas tout à fait au point. Du potentiel, à travailler !
20/05/2024: Nous sommes venus passer une soirée entre amis, ambiance et musique top, les serveurs tous plus sympas les uns que les autres (contrairement à ce que je viens de lire) accueillis avec le sourire et au petit soins pour nous toute la soirée! Nous avons commandé 2 planches de tapas à déguster avec nos verres, nous nous sommes régalé! Nous étions 6 et avons tous passé une excellente soirée.
Je vous conseille cet établissement pour vos soirées entre amis, bons moment assuré!

30/09/2023: Blown away by the incredibly friendly owners. They couldn't do enough for you. The food was spectacular. I had the steak and my wife had the mussels. The price was very fair especially for a tourist area. This place is probably only locals and we were happy to stumble upon it. Only sad part is we are leaving today and have been here for a week and are leaving just when we found this gem. Another plus is they are rabid rugby fans.
21/09/2023: Very rustic brasserie. We actually just wanted to have a coffee (espresso was very tasty), but we ended up with five drinks and a portion of fries because we saw that the food that was brought out looked great. Fries were soggy, but felt like they were homemade. We have never had such good soggy fries! The waitresses were very charming, it was really fun to sit out there and watch people go by. We didn't eat the plats du jour, but it looked absolutely delicious. Price wise also highly recommended.
