20/02/2026: Last night, we had an exceptional experience at La Paillotte, and that's hardly an exaggeration. First, the ambiance was hushed, the atmosphere cozy, the decor refined with Thai touches… the ideal setting for a romantic dinner. You immediately feel transported to another world, as if to Thailand for the evening. The staff is exceptionally kind: attentive, smiling, and genuinely concerned about your well-being. And what can we say about the owner? A true enthusiast! He takes the time to come to your table, chat, and explain his dishes, their origins, and how they're prepared. He shares his love of Thai cuisine with remarkable generosity, never once looking at the clock. You can tell that here, cooking is a calling, not just a job. As for the food, it's an explosion of flavors. The red curry prawns were simply sublime: perfectly seasoned, fragrant, balanced, with impeccably fresh ingredients. Every bite was a journey. The cocktails also deserve a special mention: a perfectly measured (and generous!) ti' punch and a house cocktail whose name I can't recall, but expertly balanced. Clearly, they don't skimp on quality here… or quantity 😉. We'll definitely be back—and very soon, I hope!

19/02/2026: A wonderful surprise! The servers' smiles, the chef's advice at the table for every question, and not forgetting their excellent Cabernet Sauvignon!!

22/02/2026: Despite the lovely location on the port and the friendly staff, I was extremely disappointed with my choice of an XXL crepe. I thought I'd be sharing it, imagining a very large crepe, but it was simply a few extra ingredients and an exorbitant price. I felt completely ripped off 😕 You pay for the sea view, welcome to the south

21/02/2026: Fantastic restaurant. The welcome and service were truly excellent, with very kind staff. Right from the start, they brought us a bowl of water for our dog. The food was delicious and plentiful; we highly recommend it!

06/12/2025: An excellent restaurant! The dishes are delicious, the truffle pasta incredibly good, and a special mention goes to the foie gras crème brûlée – a real treat! The service is warm and welcoming thanks to the lovely waitress; you truly feel at home. Thanks also to the kitchen staff who do an excellent job of delighting our taste buds. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation!

05/02/2026: Fantastic experience! Kudos for the new, very chill interior decor, the quality of our two dishes (perfectly cooked John Dory and the daily special/sole stew with lots of vegetables), and their presentation. The service was very friendly. Excellent value for money.
