21/07/2026: I ordered a sandwich from them a week ago, I got diarrhea, and today I thought, I'll give them another chance, so I went to order a mixed plate. The person taking orders didn't inform me that there was no more wheat in the plate and took the initiative to add fries, lots of fries, even though I ordered the plate for the contents and not for the fries. This isn't right; he should have informed me. I wouldn't have ordered this plate, which cost 14 euros. There was nothing on the plate except a lot of fries and a little salad fighting with 2 or 3 pieces of grilled chicken.

05/07/2026: The cleanliness isn't great. I admired the nice lady from the cleaning service and everything she does. It's a general problem. You can smell the toilet in the entrance, and standing at the first order machine is awful. Those machine surfaces are practically never cleaned. They're disgusting. The outdoor area, well... shabby and dirty.

04/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Many people I know, including those from Draguignan, strongly advise against going there. The sushi was clearly not fresh, and there was a suspicious smell from the moment I arrived: avoid it. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the state of the wok-fried shrimp. They gave off a particularly strong and nauseating odor, to the point where I seriously doubted their freshness. This is the first time I've ever encountered such a situation, especially with shrimp: if I had been unlucky enough to eat them, I would have gotten food poisoning immediately, and even without having eaten them, I still got sick in a restaurant, which raises serious concerns about the quality and storage of food. I immediately reported the problem to the staff, thinking my comment would be taken seriously. Unfortunately, the reception was very unpleasant. Instead of checking the situation or apologizing, the staff were cold, with inappropriate looks and an unprofessional attitude. As if that weren't enough, we arrived around 8 pm and the buffet was already very sparsely stocked. The selection was limited, and several dishes appeared to have been left out for some time. Finally, the price was completely disproportionate to the quality offered. Between the lack of choice, the questionable condition of some of the food, and the staff's attitude, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

23/07/2026: If you love Asian cuisine, this is a place you should definitely visit. The selection is impressive. Whether you're looking for soy sauce, curry pastes, spices, noodles, rice, sweet, sour, salty or spicy ingredients, you'll find almost everything you need to prepare authentic Asian dishes at home. They also offer their own freshly made specialties, including delicious spring rolls and nems, which are always worth trying. I've been shopping here for several years and usually spend around €100 per visit because the variety and product range are excellent. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the customer service. Unfortunately, the owner can come across as rather abrupt and her friendliness seems to depend on the day. As a customer, you don't always feel particularly welcome, even though loyal customers who return year after year deserve a little more attention. That said, I keep coming back because the quality and selection are simply outstanding. Great products, excellent choice and authentic flavours. With a warmer and more consistent customer experience, this store would easily deserve five stars.

21/07/2026: Lovely restaurant on a small, well-shaded square. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

19/07/2026: I stopped by this Saturday for a drink, but the manager yelled at an employee and was rude to the other customers. I feel sorry for the employees who have to put up with these mood swings. Unfortunately, it's not the first time we've heard him shout. He's a fairly old man. He kept saying things like, "You have no business being here," and other unpleasant remarks to a young woman. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

31/07/2026: Hello, I would like to point out that I placed an order for €18.50 including delivery. I have not received any email confirming that an order is in progress (on your website). This is unacceptable, and I fully expect a refund.

06/06/2026: The hotel is very well located, which is undoubtedly its main advantage and makes getting around easy. However, the rooms are very basic and, in my opinion, do not meet the expected standard of a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection is limited, especially for bread, with only baguettes and rusks. Offering Laughing Cow cheese lacks variety and quality for an establishment of this category. Finally, the staff is friendly and pleasant, but sometimes lacks energy. Overall, the location is a real strength, but several aspects could be improved to live up to a 3-star rating.

25/05/2026: Nice hotel, but the room... construction work wasn't finished around the front door. Good breakfast. Very pleasant setting and in the city center.

07/06/2026: Pizza ordered online arrived not ready, plus the base wasn't right. I won't be back!!

31/05/2026: I was very disappointed with my order. The pizzas were nothing like what I expected: missing ingredients, dry crust, and very little topping. I had ordered a large Reine, but in the end, all the pizzas were the same size, with no visible difference. They tasted like reheated pizzas. Furthermore, the telephone service was very unpleasant, with a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and service. I do not recommend this establishment.
