24/01/2026: As a resident of Sainte-Maxime and a regular weekend visitor, I'm writing my review of this superb place! The food is delicious and plentiful, the desserts are just as good, the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant, and as for the service: impeccable! The staff are smiling, welcoming, respectful, attentive, and have a touch of humor! Thank you to your team.

19/01/2026: I went there with my sweetheart; we enjoyed the service, the food, and the very southern French atmosphere, so we're definitely part of it... It was a beautiful day in the south, and for those who get chilly, there are blankets...

21/01/2026: A moment of pure bliss at the Auberge de Saint Donat. We had an absolutely wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the charm of the place worked its magic: a calm, relaxing setting, full of authenticity, ideal for savoring an excellent meal. The dishes were of very high quality, as beautiful as they were delicious. You immediately sense the expertise of a talented chef, attentive to the ingredients and flavors. Each plate is carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and perfectly executed. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm. This contributed fully to the pleasure of the experience. We left extremely happy with this experience. It's an address we recommend without the slightest hesitation, and we will return with great pleasure. A restaurant to discover, and rediscover.

01/10/2025: The hotel is nestled in the heart of the forest in Sainte-Maxime. Lovely little room with TV and air conditioning, and excellent bedding. Charming little private terrace. Heated pool beyond our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious, generous breakfast, mostly homemade. 200% recommended.

12/12/2025: Once a Sainte-Maxime institution for wood-fired pizza, this pizzeria is now a mere shadow of its former self. A customer for over 20 years, I've witnessed a decline in quality over the past few years, both in the execution of the pizzas (poorly distributed toppings, overcooked or undercooked, and soggy pizzas whenever cream is added) and in the quality of the ingredients. The Emmental cheese, listed on the menu, has been replaced by a bland, fatty cheese blend; the olives, once delicious, have been replaced by tasteless Crespo-type black olives; the merguez sausages are low-grade, and so on. Meanwhile, the prices have increased significantly. A real shame for what used to be the best pizzas in town. And thankfully, competition has flourished.

17/11/2025: What a disappointment... Pizzas reserved for 8 pm... My husband arrived around 7:50 pm... We got home, barely 5 minutes later, and the pizzas were cold... Soaked boxes... Everything fell apart when we tried to eat, olives were thrown in haphazardly and tasteless... My husband was so disappointed he didn't eat anything... The taste was really mediocre... Rubbery. The service was very poor. Truly disappointed.

05/12/2025: Fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere. The decor is always superb. The servers are always very professional; thank you Amjad and Thibault for a wonderful evening. And most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious!

23/02/2026: The waiter and waitress were barely friendly. The dish was the size of a children's meal. Poor value for money. Once the complaint was made to the servers, there was no response or even a gesture of goodwill. As a resident of Sainte-Maxime, this is disappointing and demeaning to our beautiful town.
