09/12/2025: It's time we spoke frankly! Let's be factual: - Every time we order in-store, nothing is ever missing. - Strangely enough, with EVERY Uber Eats order, something is missing. They know perfectly well that few people will make the trip to pick up what they "forgot" to include in the delivery! Pretty crazy, right? A coincidence? Or a deliberate attempt to rip off the customer? Excuse me, but we're fed up with having to make the trip every time to get what's owed to us! It's a disgrace. So, we'll go to Burger King from now on. You win.

28/01/2026: I'm usually happy to order from Italia King, but this time I was extremely disappointed by the telephone service I received from one of the employees. Since the person didn't speak French, I had to repeat my last name several times, only for it to still be ignored. Despite my numerous repetitions and my calm demeanor, he was unable to understand my order. He showed no professionalism whatsoever, and after 20 minutes of arguing about my order and my last name, he hung up on me. I hope this problem will be resolved the next time I order from you.
